The worst Customer Services (CS) I've ever experienced and that's saying something. Buggy interface which costs you money and then, the CS agents are just dismissive. I only spoke to them twice and they gave me continuous incorrect information both times, even the manager wasn't interested. Total waste of time and money, avoid at all costs.
Absolute joke with them causing a lot of issues when it comes to withdrawing what you have one it is a joke and to even speak to customer support it takes roughly an hour to even speak to a agent and when you do they are no help whatsoever… Do not use this site at all they do not pay out and if they do it takes up to 7days to hit your account and to even get them to pay your money you have to contact them and fight them for it practically!
I play a fair bit and I have to say this casino ranks up there as one of the worst. Bonuses are incredibly rare and when you do hit one the wins are around 5% of what you have spent getting there. I'm fully aware that its the chance you take but in order to have fun you need to be able to play with your cash and occasionally win something. Avoid. Play at a different casino.
So I won on the slot but it didn't credit my account and when I emailed them I got no response.
If one site does it then they probably all do.
I've contacted the gambling commission about this too.
Not happy at all i have been waiting over a week and still not received my withdrawal and the payment team are taking too long too answer or better than that give me the money i have withdrawn
