Scammers
Our experience with BetForce was extremely disappointing. We agreed in advance on PPC advertising services and paid $2,000. After receiving the payment, the company’s representative stated that they were no longer willing to work with the originally agreed budget and required us to increase it to at least $3,500.
This change was introduced only after we had fulfilled our part of the agreement and sent the upfront payment. When we declined to increase the budget and requested a refund, we were explicitly told that the funds would be returned through Mark. However, the money was never refunded.
We were open to discussing a separate campaign under new terms and with a different budget. However, we believe it is unacceptable to change agreed terms after payment has been made and then retain the prepayment when the service is not provided under the original conditions.
Based on our experience, we do not recommend working with this company without a clear written contract, fixed terms, a defined refund process, and a reliable escrow arrangement. BetForce did not fulfill the original agreement and did not return our payment.
