BetFoxx is just another unregulated, deceptive casino in the same shady circle as Fresh-Bet and GoldenBet. What makes them even worse is how they treat you when you try to withdraw a large sum — the process is deliberately slow, painful, and designed to make you cancel your withdrawal and gamble the money back.

I waited over 5 weeks for a basic KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Every time I uploaded documents, they’d either say it was “under review” for days or find some excuse to reject them. It’s clearly intentional. They’re stalling to wear you down, hoping you’ll give up or lose your winnings.

This isn’t a normal delay — it’s predatory behaviour. They’re happy to take your deposits in seconds, but the moment you try to withdraw anything substantial, suddenly everything becomes “policy” and “compliance checks.”

Avoid at all cost. You cannot close your account even after multiple requests via chat and email. Upon my reading through Google reviews it appears to be a scam site with multiple bad customer experience it should closed down from what I experienced and read about this site.

Avoid this disgusting site at all costs WILL NOT PAY OUT. I have £751 an im now being told I have to add more money to collect my winnings. Terms an conditions are impossible to mee. The max payout for uk is £500 aslong as you have deposited enough to warrant your win. Don't waste your money worst website ever been on. They have gone past there terms and conditions for the withdrawal time. What an absolute joke this site is. Closed my account because of money laundering the. Sent all the relevant documents on a number of occasions. Obviously they owe me £500. Does anyone know if I can get this money somehow? Don’t touch this site

Allowed me to deposit money using a CREDIT CARD ( which is banned in the UK) 2 months ago, then promised me a refund and still haven't got my money back. Absolute sham of an organisation and needs their licensing suspended.
