In 2026, I returned to the platform after several years of inactivity. My account was inactive, and the website instructed me to contact support for reactivation.
Support requested my documents again, reviewed them, clearly saw that I am from Ukraine, successfully reactivated my account, wished me good luck, and invited me to deposit and continue playing.
I deposited 100 USDT and played normally for several days (slots and sports betting including Champions League accumulator bets). I did NOT use bonuses.
My balance reached 293 USD.
When I requested withdrawal, the casino suddenly cancelled it and claimed that Ukraine is now a restricted country. This restriction was never communicated to me by email or inside the account. The website remained accessible, my account was manually restored by support, and deposits were accepted without any restrictions.
At first support promised to return my full 100 USDT deposit. Later they changed the amount to 65 USDT without explanation. After further disputes they finally returned 100 USDT, but confiscated the remaining 193 USD.
The casino accepted my deposits and bets but refused to pay winnings only after withdrawal was requested.
Very disappointing and unfair experience.

BetFury replied publicly claiming they want to “carefully review” the situation. However, they still ignore the key issue:
My account was manually reactivated by support in 2026 after reviewing my documents again. They clearly saw my country of residence before restoring access and accepting my deposits.
I was allowed to deposit, play slots and sports bets, and accumulate winnings normally. The “restricted jurisdiction” issue appeared only after I requested withdrawal.
Support also changed their own decision multiple times:
first they promised to return 100 USDT;
later reduced it to 65.3 USDT;
and only after further disputes returned 100 USDT while confiscating the remaining 193 USD.
If my jurisdiction was truly unsupported, the account should never have been manually restored and allowed to operate normally.

Thank you for the additional explanation. However, several important concerns still remain unresolved.
After reactivating my account in 2026, your support team reviewed my documents, restored access to the account, and allowed me to continue using the platform normally. I was able to deposit, place bets, and play without any restrictions or warnings.
If my jurisdiction was already considered restricted during the reactivation/KYC stage, the account should have been restricted immediately before deposits and gameplay were allowed.
The issue regarding jurisdiction was raised only after my withdrawal request, when my balance had already increased to 293 USD through regular gameplay without bonuses.
During communication with support, I also received multiple different explanations regarding the confiscation, including:
unauthorized access methods;
verification inconsistencies;
restricted jurisdiction;
incomplete KYC from 2021.
Support additionally changed the amount supposedly allowed for withdrawal multiple times:
first 100 USDT;
later 65.3 USDT;
finally 100 USDT again.
This inconsistency is exactly why I believe the confiscation of the remaining 193 USD was unfair and handled improperly.
