I don't know a lot about the site, but what few times or so I have played I can genuinely say I've had no problems navigating the site and Iv had no issues getting support to reply to chat or email.

Use at your own risk

They made an offer to pay users for posting trust pilot reviews.

After posting mine, they refused to pay.

I would highly recommend not using any website that has to pay their customers to say good things about them.
