I don't know a lot about the site, but what few times or so I have played I can genuinely say I've had no problems navigating the site and Iv had no issues getting support to reply to chat or email.
I have not yet cashed out on betgem.io but I have deposited, played and interacted with customer support and everything went smooth and the site is very user friendly
