We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Bethan.

From the very beginning, she created a completely personalised Disney itinerary that was tailored to our family, our preferences and exactly what we wanted from the holiday. As our plans evolved, she happily made changes and adaptations, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

What really set Bethan apart was her genuine passion for Disney and the depth of her first-hand knowledge. Her advice on choosing the right accommodation for our family and her dining recommendations were invaluable and made such a difference to our trip. As first-time visitors, having someone so knowledgeable to guide us gave us so much confidence.

She was also available throughout our holiday to answer questions, which was incredibly reassuring. Knowing we had an expert at the end of the phone if we needed anything allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment.

The attention to detail was exceptional. Our travel documents were beautifully presented, and the thoughtful extras – the personalised document wallet, badges, gift pack and even including a £1 coin for the airport trolley on our return – made the whole experience feel incredibly premium and special.

Bethan didn’t just book us a holiday; she removed all the stress and uncertainty and made the entire experience exciting from start to finish. I recommend her to anyone who mentions Disney, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. If you’re considering a Disney holiday, I can’t recommend Bethan highly enough.

Bethan makes Disney so simple & easy (and affordable)! From the moment i requested a quote, Bethan was so attentive to every need we had for our trip. Booking was super simple! This was our 5th trip to Walt Disney World in Florida (our 7th Disney holiday in total) and we have used various methods and services when it came to booking past trips. It was so easy and pressure free to get a quote from Bethan, because of all her help it made it a no brainer to book with her though! She sorted our tickets, flights, hotels and all the extras we needed. It was as stressful free as a Disney trip could be. Our transport to and from the airport was sorted so all we had to worry about was what rides to do next!

Bethan, is very knowledge, approachable and friendly! Bethan gave us our quote and jumped on a call with us to discuss this where she answered all of our questions. Bethan booked us Walt Disney, Universal, Discovery Cove and Seaworld with Busch gardens too. Bethan jumped on a call for planning and was so knowledgeable and gave us tips and tricks about or holiday. Bethan was always at the end of the phone, or email. We even changed our dates as we decided to get married in America again this was no trouble for her. She is a lovely woman and really cared about her job! I wish you lived closer so we could hang! You’re a diamond! Sunshine in human form. We will defo be using you when we rebook ❤️
