Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever! An item was missing from my order; contacted the seller, was ignored for days on end, eventually got a reply where she told me that my item would be sent out first class the next day, this was almost 3 weeks ago. I was also told that I’d receive a 15% discount due to the inconvenience and still not leggings, no refund and she’s continued to ignore me during all of this. I’m legally taking it further because she’s done this to so many people and HAS to be stopped !

Terrible customer service
Haven’t received my order and it’s been over 5 weeks now. Looks like from the tracking number it was lost with Royal Mail.
She says the best method of contact is on Instagram but you keep sending messages across and she reads them but doesn’t ever reply.
Worse customer service I have ever had, she doesn’t care about you after you have bought the item.
Avoid buying from this company because if anything happens to your order you aren’t ever seeing your money or the product again, she is a fraud and a thief.

I honestly very disappointed to this brand. I have ordered few things from here and still haven’t received where my package is nor when I will receive it and it’s been 11 days.
Try to track using the order number and it keeps saying it is shipped until now !
Tried to contact the support 3-4x and also reach them on Instagram and no response from either of them.
Very bad customer support
