My nickname is Safar89. I registered with betify in the summer after seeing a good rating on the site. Since then, I've been betting on sports and have won several thousand euros. Recently, the maximum bet was reduced, and I can no longer place bets. betify has turned out to be another scam, where they don't allow positive players to play. I don't recommend playing here if you're a positive player!!!!

i got scammed for 120 euros
i deposited 100 euros to get bonus, i won 20 euro from freebet and then i wagered that like 10 times and played normally even though only 1x wager is needed and they say i have abused it by playing safe bets, on sportsbooks below 1.3 odds which i havent done. and overall i made 100 more euros from betting live casino and sportsbook, they took all that 120 euro even though only 20 was made through bonus and they dont wannna give me my money back.
Indeed, you have used advantageous methods (non-exhaustive list: sports odds below 1.30 / betting on red and black roulette etc.) in order to achieve the x1 wager having previously taken advantage of our bonuses without wager.
This is what they sent i havent dont any of those all the bets on sportsbooks were much bigger and i havent even played roulette. at least give me 100 euros back if you dont wanna give me bonus.
They fixed it but idk why it happend in the first place

I collected 500 tokens and used them to buy 10 FS on game "Book of concvistador". But even my tokens were used I didn't receive any fs. Tried to ask for help live support but they refuse to correct that error.
Betify respond but did not solve issue. They just sent me a mail with confused explaination that I didnot had inave bytes. They avoid to explain how my byte balance decresed from 525 to 25 wihout granted 10 spins ( 10 spins= 500 bytes). They simply ignored facts and refuse to provide 10 spins.
I'm wondering how the casino would act if I had some huge win.

They blocked my account without me requesting it, so I lost the remaining funds and my active bonus. Their response was that it was for “security reasons.” Everyone should avoid this scam bookmaker if you don’t want to lose your money. Even if you win, they also limit your withdrawals. Before you even receive any payout, they look for one of many reasons why the withdrawal of your money is not possible. As I said, if you don’t want to lose your money, stay away from these scammers.

In certain situations, an account may be temporarily frozen for security or compliance checks, usually while waiting for additional verification documents. During these checks, the account may remain restricted until the required verification is completed. This does not mean that funds are confiscated. Once the verification process is finalized, the situation is reviewed according to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Regarding withdrawals, Betify does process payouts. There are indeed daily and weekly withdrawal limits, which are clearly defined, but eligible withdrawals are processed and completed accordingly.
