I wanted to give a try on this app. Simply frustrating and super tricky. Once you sign up consider you are good for keep donation your money here. Do not sign up here at all. It is one of the most horrible casino so far in Canada. All the money i deposited all gone. Casino rate not even 1star here. Nothing gain only lose. Stay safe all. They have option customer service, chat etc. Nothing works here. Very careful. Simply foolish.

Ive attempted to withdraw multiple times with it being denied. I contacted support via live chat an email and they still refuse to assist me. They stated that the withdraw transaction was declined on my bank's end. When i called my bank to verify this, they could not even locate any attempted transaction from their end. PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR MONEY ONTO THIS SITE. IF YOU WIN OR ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAW, THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING IN THEIR POWER TO NOT PAY YOU OUT. THEY ARE HOLDING OVER 6000$ OF MINE HOSTAGE. I am still currently in discussions with support and they have now ghosted me for 48 hours. I have had to escalate with igaming and consult a lawyer who will be pursuing it legally. Play somewhere else. Please.

I've been playing Betinia for about a month now from Ontario. I went to check on my with drawl and I show that i don't have an account with them. Talked with support and they said i can't play in Ontario, even though i have been playing for over a month from Ontario. So I noticed Paybilt Inc. would always ask for my deposit and now today it's Payper Inc. not sure if this has anything to do with it....????
I obviously cancelled the deposit as i will never play this site again.

The website design is modern and games load fast. However, live chat support took longer than expected to reply. Fair experience overall.

Overall the site is okay. The sports betting section has good odds and variety, though getting everything approved took a bit of patience. Once completed, withdrawals went through without major issues.

They said my account was fully verified, allowed me to deposit, but when I went to withdraw they asked for more documents. The license link id not work and I emailed them over 27 times with different photos and they are still not accepting them. I have talked to numerous customer service reps and get all different responses. Just a never ending circle with no resolve.

The games are boring. The bonus games don’t pay out anything! The customer service is awful. Decent platform has all of the games you would expect. The bonuses are pretty bad in my opinion due to the high wager requirements (30-40x). Also the withdrawals do take a very long time. I’ve had approx $1500 pending for about 24 hours now and it’s in the same initial stage.

If the company could look into this, I’d consider updating my review to reflect that. The live chat representatives have all been telling me the same thing about a standard 24-72 hour period, which in the modern landscape of iGaming in Ontario is quite frankly unacceptable.

Predatory scam site. They do everything they can to bait you to reverse your withdrawal and continue gambling till you lose it all. Constant pop ups that your balance is low and cancel the pending withdrawal. Dragging their feet on processing the withdrawal. Contacted support so many times for an updated on my withdrawal and each time I'm fed with the lie that they try to process within 24 hours but it can take up to 72 hours. I suspect support is an AI chatbot and they don't give a damn about customers.

Stay away from this garbage. Better sites out there with withdrawals that process in minutes and allow you to remove the ability to reverse withdrawals.

They also have a very small withdrawal limit. Read through their terms and conditions. You are limited to $500 as a new player. Just more predatory practices. Regulators are really crooked for approving sites like this one.

From all sites i ve played in denmark this is the only one that i ve seen real chance . They have a problem with that bonus 100% becouse they said u must tell them to activate which i don t understand. One deposit, one bet, one winner. And restricted. Embarassing. They have also put an imaginary wager on my account and now I can't withdraw nor bet anymore. So essentially I need to wager 100€ with 0.22€ bets. Customer support is clueless and does not provide any kind of help. Scammers stole my money.
