Betinia isn't fair
If a betting company isnt't a customer or a fellow of eCogra, you can be sure, this kind of betting company has it's reasons. Betinia doesn't anymore belong to eGogra, because Betinia has got too many sanctions.
Betinia changes it's campaigns rules very often, Betinia tells it's clients, who have win something, that they can't bet anymore - or they can bet only 1€ bets.

Do not bet with Betinia.They have closed my account and kept my winnings.
You can deposit and lose but not deposit and win.
They say I didn't pass verification when I sought a withdrawal and confiscated my winnings even though my documents were marked approved.
I provided every document they wanted.Passport,bank statement,card I deposited with and proof of address- some two or three times and acceded to some ludicrous requests including one of a selfie which had to show Betinia Casino on another device in the background all to no avail,
It's a sham.Deceitful and dishonorable.
Avoid!!!.
An update.
Following a long campaign and the matter going to eCogra they have reopened my account and restored my balance.
I have recovered my money and closed my account.
