Terrible customer service and blocked large withdrawals
Terrible customer service. Live chat take 30minutes to respond, wouldnt call it live chat. When they do respond, copy and paste answer and no specific information provided or any real attempt to go above and beyond to help customers.
I was able to withdraw small amounts for months straight to my bank account. Now I won big struggling to get money out and money returned to betmaster account from pending withdrawal and no details around the rejection.
