All was fine until I had the audacity to have a win. Then it turned to hell. Long pending times, requests for every document under the sun (copy of my passport, photos of the card I used, bank statement, payslip) all for my protection apparently. It’s been 4 days since I made the withdrawal and sent the documents. Still waiting for it to be processed. Most places I gamble at takes an hour or 2 to process and send back. Appalling service. Will never be using them again and I recommend you don’t either.

The website is great, but the withdrawals are a huge problem. I've been waiting for my payment since Friday. I keep hearing that they're getting a lot of complaints, which I understand, but I've never really waited this long for a withdrawal. When I deposit money, it's instantaneous. Reading the reviews below, I'm afraid I'll be waiting a long time for my money to be paid out.
Update: After yesterday's message from live chat, I received information that it would be done by the end of yesterday, or today at the latest. However, I still haven't received any message, and the chat always returns the same results. It's sad that I have to wait so long and live chat can't help solve the problem. I hope it will happen today and my winnings will finally reach me. I'd like to continue using the site, but for now, I have doubts based on the current situation with winnings and how many people have the same problem.
Update: I received the money this morning. Thank you, despite the long wait.

Just over 24 hours for a withdrawal but good otherwise
Been using the site for about 2 days now, Interface is good, markets are pretty decent (Football Betting)
My only gripe is that Paypal withdrawal on other sites are done within an hour or two. I have been waiting on a small withdrawal for about 14 hours now. All KYC completed.
If the withdrawal thing is a one off then I will return and add an extra star but as it stands I haven't managed to complete a withdrawal yet

So I tried Bet Nero and honestly, it was a mess. Mixed feelings but mostly bad ones.
What Went Right
I actually won some money on sports betting, which was cool. The betting part worked fine and I had some decent wins.
What Went Wrong (Pretty Much Everything Else)

This is where it all went downhill. Soon as I wanted to take MY money out, suddenly they need to "verify" my account. Of course they do. When I was putting money in? No problems at all, come right in!
Lies About Timing
They told me 1-2 working days for verification. Got my money after 3 days. Not the end of the world but why lie about it?
Crazy Document Requests
They wanted everything - photos with my bank account, bank statements, payslips. Like, seriously? All this just to get my own winnings? It felt way over the top and honestly a bit sketchy.
I'm Worried About My Info
Now I'm sitting here wondering what they're gonna do with all those personal documents I sent them. That's not a good feeling to have after using a betting site.

I just went on the betnero site and it wasn't straightforward to find the terms and conditions. Eventually I found them and when I clicked on the horse racing it didn't appear to have any UK racing on it. It did have Irish racing along with USA and a few other countries.
Sister sites include luckymate and winomania, I only mention them as many sites don't like duplicate accounts.
Early days in the UK market and this site does have a UK gambling licence which gives some protection to players.
I noticed on the other reviews that documents were requested immediately. Under UK gambling commission regulations a £2000 gambling threshold when reached would make it compulsory to request documents. If documents are being asked when little amounts have been deposited or requested withdrawals then this site might not do very well.
