I was using betninja alot and always found it OK but the customer service very rude.. always took so long to process winnings and if you asked them they were very rude.. about 2 weeks ago I was playing and I got upto about 327 all of a sudden it went to zero then back uoto 199 so 128 down.. I've sent messages they don't reply I've not had anything back from them at all.. I don't want to play just incase I win and they don't give it to me as they haven't replied to me since this happened

Withdrawal pending with option of cancellation which has been prohibited by the gambling commission. They are delaying my withdrawal to make me cancel it and loose it. Absolute terrible customer service
