Poor service and not great rewards. Too many steps to claim rewards and they’re small, not worth the time. Sometimes $1 or so. I’m a diamond 1 or 2 member and it’s no different than day 1 in my opinion.

Deposit and withdrawal process is good though that’s why it gets a 2. Crypto is easy and their limits are good. The betting interface is fine too.

Absolutely garbage poker site. Just know going in, they are going to rig things. They will let you win a few, but they will make sure you lose and it’s so blatantly obvious, and that’s if they don’t screw you out of your entry fee which they did to me. I paid an entry fee of 11 dollars and was in the top 5 of a tournament after the cutoff. Their network goes down so I can’t finish, it was their fault and yet they told me I can’t get reimbursed. They flat took money from me and didn’t care but that’s who they are, a bunch of crooksIf you can catch their setup hands you can potentially last longer but they will screw you at some point. I’m dealing with that right now. I got second in a tournament(without a single hand where I had a 15% chance or less to win the hand, and I ended up winning it) then immediately after the shenanigans began. In my next 50 hands I somehow, and I’m not sure how, had 10 hands where there was an all in and I had a 90% chance to win going in to the river. They basically had 3 total cards and yet they got there 10 times. Throughout the next 150 hands it was the w same nonsense just not quite as bad, but overall there were 36 such hands where I had a 90% chance to win with one card to go and somehow I lost 73%. I went back and looked at that number was 68% after my last tourney win.

I actually heard an advertisement for BetOnline on a local radio station, and I thought it was pretty interesting considering the site isn’t based in the U.S. I’ve stayed away from this site for a while because, after 6 years of playing, my experience with the RNG and RTP has been anything but player-friendly.

After hearing the advertisement, I figured I’d give the casino games another shot. Unfortunately, the results were literally the same. My returns were extremely poor, with the RTP based on my gameplay being barely a fraction of what I deposited. After six years, I honestly expected a much better experience.

What’s even more disappointing is that BetOnline doesn’t seem to have the decency to respond to either positive or negative reviews. I guess the same copy-and-paste response about having a “fair RNG system” isn’t enough anymore.

Maybe other players have had a completely different experience, but based on my personal experience over the years, I can’t recommend this site. The advertising may be getting more aggressive, but my experience with the actual casino games hasn’t improved.

If you’re considering playing here, I’d strongly recommend doing your research and comparing your options. There are plenty of other regulated gaming options available in U.S. jurisdictions that may be worth considering.

For me, six years of playing and consistently disappointing results is enough to say I’m done giving this site chances.

I withdrew with Moneygram and they gave me a bogus number. I tried speaking with service who gave me a totally different number than I receieved, and when I tried that one it had already been received. Now they just say sorry, thats all the info we have.

They took my deposit money. Now they wont payout my winnings. Its as simple as that. STAY AWAY for your own good

Edited to add: It seems there was an error and something happened requiring them to decline my withdrawal. They put the $ back in my account and Im trying the withdrawal again. They did this pretty quickly so kudos on that piece, but it took me an hour and had to get a supervisor before they finally believed me, and they still never said what the problem was. Either way, I feel better about them but still some room for improvement.

I have been wagering tens of thousands of dollars with this sportsbook every day, but my recent experience has completely destroyed my trust in the platform.

I placed a live bet when the odds accurately reflected the state of the game. There was nothing obviously incorrect or suspicious about the line, and it remained available for betting. However, more than **five hours later**, after the bet had already won, the sportsbook voided it, claiming that the line had not been updated according to the flow of the game due to a "technical or human error."

This explanation is unacceptable. If the bookmaker fails to suspend or update a market in time, that is an internal operational issue. Customers should not bear the consequences after the event has finished, especially when the odds were consistent with the actual game at the moment the bet was placed.

Allowing a bookmaker to retroactively cancel winning bets hours later creates the impression that any successful wager can be voided whenever it is convenient for the operator.

To make matters worse, I placed the exact same bet at the exact same odds with another reputable sportsbook under the same game conditions, and that bookmaker settled the wager as a win without any issues. This demonstrates that there was nothing inherently invalid about the market or the odds at the time the bet was placed.

Based on this experience, I have completely lost confidence in BetOnline's integrity and fairness. If a winning bet can be canceled hours after the event while identical bets are honored elsewhere, I cannot recommend this sportsbook to anyone.

I have never been so blatantly ripped off in my life than on this site. Don't waste your money especially in the TM tourneys 3, 4 entries in the 1.10 tourneys not one hand won. Same players make the money time after time.

I placed a live bet on Denis Shopovalov to win after dropping the first set last night vs Hijikata and the line was +220.He was a -160 favorite before losing the first set. 3 other books all had lines of +200 or higher. After he came back and won, they canceled my bet this morning and took back my winnings after claiming the line was a "mistake" because they "had the score wrong." The score was not wrong.. I was literally watching this match live. Just another excuse to take people's winnings. This book is criminal and is always doing shady things like this. No one should trust betting with betonline.
