Very good product

My experience from purchasing and actually using and programming all my Betopper lights has been Very Professional experience. I will definitely purchase Betopper lights again.

I received some LB150s that have a small issue. But dealing with the support team has been a nightmare. I've sent videos and explained what was wrong like they asked, and they still have not helped. Just ask for more videos even though I sent them exactly what they needed. It's been 6 months now , and I'm sitting on 18 fixtures I can't use.

Didnt think id hear back from them about shipping damage ..but they sent the replacement parts right away ...thanks alot betopper.

2 DJ Lights and 2 Par Lights. All of the lights are great; however, one of my DJ lights stopped working after 3 months of use. Light still works, but the head no longer moves or responds.

First time using one of these, and it was a bit of a learning curve, but once I got the hang of it, the lights started to dance for me.
I still have a lot to master, but great fun and perfect for disco lights or a studio.

This is a follow-up review focused less on a specific product and more on my experience working with Betopper as a manufacturer.

Throughout my testing and evaluation process, Betopper stood out for their open, transparent, and professional communication. All of my technical and regulatory questions were answered quickly and clearly, without evasive or overly marketing-driven responses.

In particular, when discussing topics such as CE conformity and certification status, Betopper was very upfront about the current situation. Documentation that was already available (e.g. EMC and Low Voltage Directive) was shared without hesitation, and topics that were still in progress (such as RoHS or EU representation) were communicated honestly rather than glossed over.

This level of transparency is not something I take for granted, especially when dealing with internationally operating manufacturers. At no point did I feel pressured to present the products in a certain way or to ignore critical aspects. On the contrary, constructive feedback was welcomed and taken seriously.

From a creator and tester perspective, the collaboration with Betopper has been straightforward, respectful, and professional. Even where there is still room for improvement on the formal or technical side, the willingness to engage openly and improve is clearly there.

Overall, my experience with Betopper as a company has been very positive, mainly due to their honesty, responsiveness, and cooperative mindset.

I worked with Betopper on the reviews on a number of their products and I am pleased to say that the products were fantastic and lived up to expectations while working with Betopper was super pleasant. Looking forward to further collaborations.

Absolutely love this light. The LB150 has been rock solid in my rig and works perfectly every time I fire it up. The movement is insanely fast.. pan/tilt is crazy responsive and snaps right where you want it without lag or weird drifting. It looks great on camera and makes programming cues feel effortless.
Also worth mentioning, BeTopper’s customer service is unreal. Questions get answered basically instantly, which is rare these days. Highly recommend if you want a fast, reliable moving head that just delivers.

Betopper has been excellent with their shipping times, despite being an international company. Their products have had great quality while maintaining a low price point. Very impressed!

We were really surprised at how quality these lights are. Totally can take on Chauvet or others. Great pricing and fast shipping. Plus, when I emailed them a question, they answered almost immediately. Great Customer Service too!!!!

I was in search of a Moving Head narrow beam fixture for my Xlights Christmas show. I wanted the MH to be able to tilt for more than 180 degrees since I was going to mount it upright on a T-bar on top of a crank up light stand and would like the capability to point down on the lawn in some of my shows.

I would also like the MH to be relatively small and lightweight unlike the monstrous heavy duty outdoor MHs that are normally used for this purpose. Outdoor rating was not really a concern for me since I live in sunny Southern California and am going to run the MHs for just four hours a show and since it's mounted on a crank up/down stand, I can easily put a cover on them in between shows, or if it rains.

I did a comparison of all the MHs of 150 watt rating and the Betopper LB150 MH caught my eye. It is relatively light weight (10 lbs), small, newer than the others, and has a web presence and web site from where I can readily download the manual unlike the other vendors whom I had to specifically ask.

I ordered four of them and tested functionality using Xlights. No problem. It passed with flying colors, specially the light beam which really pierced the outdoor night darkness.

However when I mounted them to the T-bar, I discovered that one had a mounting hole with stripped thread. Emailed Betopper and after sending them a picture of the stripped thread, they sent me a new one. That is what I call service and standing behind their product.

This beam mover is very bright and powerful. The movements are fast and precises. The colors are bright and don’t cut the brightness. The gobos are not the usuals ones but newest and particular. It have two wonderful prisms both with adjustable rotation. The body is all in strong plastic, this keep it very light.
