I have deposited amount 5000 and they give only two option of winning, match is draw and there was no option for draw , now they are not giving my money and took it illegally, Now I cannot do anything, previously I deposited amount in third party account provided by them as their vendor, due to some reason they got issue with vendor , and they separated from vendor, i asked for my money they said ask your bank to fight with that vendor, they are totally cheater and they will take money easily but will not give back

I placed bet between Northamptonshire vs Sussex, I won the match but bet settled me as you lost the match ,bring back money soon ,I already complained there is no response from the betrally customer support team

Everything is good about betrally. Deposit process is quite tedious. I had some problem in the beginning but their Live chat support helped me to solve my problem.
