I had chat with betRally customers support more than 10 times and my experience was good with all of them.But best was EVA she is amazing and very sweet.Betrally you need more people like EVA:).

Betrally One of the worst site never I have seen for betting begore that.They are fully scammed the people if you won the amount more than 50k they restric your account and ask for documents and then within 6-7 days you got banned from their site by mentioning their terms and conditions 14.2 and also they claimed that they are licensed under curraco govt. For your kind information I wamt to tell you clearly that there ia no law or organisation who helps you in betting matters and you can"t do nothing with them.

I also cheated when they have to pay 1500 usd to me.My username is Vishu999 and also I request you every Indian that avoid using that site they are just scam nothing else just google for more reviews.

Finally i got this FANTASTIC rep name Eva.. She is the one that helped me to trust in your service and customer support after 5th times i reached to chat. Issue was simple though regarding my deposit not worked. And my issue was fixed. She has full of qualities that Betrally should be proud of. Not rushing me on chat at all unlike other 4reps before her, listen carefully and understood the issue in no time and fixed accordingly. Awesome is the word at last i have for her. Fully satisfied with her support. As of now i would praise Eva only as this is my good customer service experience in a while.

Worst site I have ever seen, they cheat users very badly,for deposits they don’t ask any verifications and any rules but for withdrawal they ask verifications and rules it is not customer friendly, I request please don’t trust bet rally.I recommend go for Bet365 the genuine site I have ever seen.

when I made a withdrawal I got an email with information they want a lot of documents (my account was verified already and all documents were approved), every time I sent what they want I got another email they need another document or photo, after a month of sending documents and photos my account was closed and my bets were voided
they stole about 900 eur

I have opened account at betrally , cause i was limited at 10bet.com before , i got limited straight away , cause they have the same customer database... Then i opened another account on my brothers details...I made 48 bets , won all of them , made withdrawal . My account got locked , after 3 weeks of rewieving they paid out my deposit and stole my 22000 euro winning . Should die in hell for what they did .

Betrally suspended my account and refuses to pay my 1600Eur balance. Refunded 100Eur deposit only.

I was betting on Betrally in March and April 2018. Made lots of bet every day and made good profit. My deposit was 100Eur, and my withdrawal request was 1600.
My account got suspended. Response from Betrally was:
"We need to inform you that your account deposit amount of 100 EUR was refunded to your Skrill account, as informed previously. In addition, your sports balance was deducted and your account was Terminated under Section #15.2 (i) & #15.2 (k) of the Terms & Conditions."
These sections are:
#15.2 (i) If you have played in tandem with other Customer(s) as part of a club, group, etc., or placed bets or wagers in a coordinated manner with other Customer(s) involving the same (or materially the same) selections;
#15.2 (k) If you are found to be colluding, cheating, money laundering or undertaking any kind of fraudulent activity

Well, regarding T&C point #15.2 (i)I do have my own strategy where I bet on stronger team in the football match. I bet with odds starting from 1.7, and I analyze game statistics myself. It also happens that I loose, but I was lucky.I also do not use any of tipster services like Tipstertube - so there is no possibility that some other users were making same bets. I did bets from morning till late night every day. And there is no chance that someone could make same bets.
Regarding T&C point #15.2 (k)The only reason I see is that I made a mistake in ZIP code. I am renting a new place where I live now and made a mistake in my account detail. I asked Betrally support in chat to update my ZIP code and to verify my account. I am ready and willing to provide them with any possible additional KYC documents they may require. 11.05.2018 got a reply from them:
"Thank you for your feedback.Please be advised that we have reviewed the matter and our decision to suspend your account is final.Thank you for your understanding.

Please help me with this case - Betrally stole my money!

Always reliable, excellent knowledge of the rules regarding betting or games and casinos; nice and with a section dedicated to those who want to bet without being there to "suffer", but only by making the bet with their useful predictions

Hello all.

I want to share with everyone my negative experience with this scammer site. I've played regularly, without going against their terms and conditions. One time that i was withdrawing money from their site, they have banned my account and voided my winnings for more than 5.000€. (5.400€ to be correct). I've wrote them without any answer, without any explanation, on why they are robbing my correct winnings. Be aware of this scammers. It's the only way that i can use to defend my interest cause they don't reply to my emails. SCAMMERS.

limited after poor winnings.. they need to mannually accept your bets... (meaning that you cant win anymore and place any valuable bet in live)

Block withdrawals (even with your deposits...) and askings tons of papers for months..

Bad odds, bad offer... all this book is a s..t.
