they have free bingo and trivia which is fun but half the time the mods ruin it by picking favorites and not being consistent with how they judge the trivia wins. Also, sometimes they will accept a barely misspelled answer and other times they will not. They sometimes talk in chat with passive aggressive comments and they like to stir up drama between the chatters. They will also ban you if you win too much. Also, their customer service sucks and they blame the player most time

I tried to withdraw $350 day before yesterday. Still haven't seen anything. I used my Venmo debit card, which they say on the website that the turnaround is within a few minutes. I don't know what kid of clock they're using, but they can suck mine.

I wrote a review yesterday. Still same issues. Apparently I'm waiting for this email that will cure world hunger. My accts been locked for a week. Right when I started to win that's when they ask for all my identification, which I sent in with a selfie. Been waiting a week with 500 in my acct,but mind you they let me deposit 1300 np problem. I contact live chat and nysupport and I get the same generic responses. In this day and age they can't verify an acct in a timely manner. They basically tell me to gfms and they know there is nothing i can do. Im about to go to their offices and demand getting some answers. I dont even care if I get arrested, I'm suing this site and I'm sure there will be many more to follow. Disgraceful, they treat you like a criminal. I will be posting a review every day until this is resolved because contacting live chat is a joke.

My experience thus far has been a 100% loss rate over the last 4 weeks while playing in their casino! I understand it's called gambling for a reason but let's be honest, anyone would expect to win at least $100 at some point after depositing $2,000! They take your deposits no issues. I won $800 on a slot, they needed passport, cancelled check, bank statement, selfie…I was waiting for them to request a blood and urine sample. This goes out to all customers BetRivers uses a company named Trustly for deposits and withdrawals customer beware. On April 21, 2025 in the evening I checked my email and there were 21 deposits attempts totaling $615 dollars all from BetRivers. I reported this to BetRivers and they said they would look into this matter they came back with a statement and in that statement they made a response of saying that someone inside my home probably had access to my account when it’s only me and my toddler son. So I had the gaming commission look into this and they came back with the same response. So I replied to Trustly that handles the payments for BetRivers and they responded with a bunch of of deposits on the day in question and I looked into myself and noticed in my bank statements that no of the deposits matched my bank account. Please be aware of this fraudulent activity and also keep in mind that Trustly is a company located in Sweden. 🚨🚨🚨🚨

I am so disappointed in Bet Rivers. Customer service is terrible and non-existent. Your chat is a complete joke. You can never get an Agent, ever. Chat is just an endless circle that gets you nowhere. If you call the phone number, no one ever answers. If you leave a call back number nobody ever calls you back.
