I’m a small gambler but in my honest opinion this casino is one of the best, if not the best. A friendly customer support service, a wide game variety.. but the whole experience is complete if you have an VIP manager. Who’s there in 10 min if you need help or whatsoever even for a small talk if you want.. The withdrawals could be quicker instead of 2/5 days it should be 1 day at max. But overall this is my experience at betsomnia and I would recommend it!

The most unethical online casino
Don't use Betsomnia because it will take you a lot of time before you will see your withdrawal on your bank account. Betsomnia will take around 2 weeks to send your withdrawal to your bank account. They even wait for some days to even approve your withdrawal request. They are doing this so the change is bigger that you will cancel your withdrawal and lose more money there.
If you ask me, this is an unethical way of treating people. It also is some sort of scam because you are purposelly making it difficult for people to withdraw their own money.
Be wise and choose another online casino!

Worst wd experience ever!!!!!!
In fairness the casino is not bad when it comes to gameplay however when it comes to wd it is absolutly horrific! Made a wd request last friday, waited till monday where the status changed to pending. Then hours later the money wa refunded just find out that the payment method chosen does not exist anymore and now i am going through the whole process again! They have you wait for the stated 3 days in their tc just to make you reverse and loose! Having a vip manager and statud does not give you any benefits when it comes to speed of wd.
To that comes the fact that in my country atleast bank wd are not offered which means i have to go through an ewallet and then take the money from there whcih takes an additional 3 to 4 days.
I am in other casinos and when wd i recieve the money on my bank account within 24 hours!
I just want my winnings and i will never invest another cent in this place.
Its up to you what you make of my review but this is in todays society completly outrages!
