Bought a 2x5 pack and I’ve neither recieved the package nor a response through the mail after messaging them about it - when it costs about 1000kr for underwear I expect nothing less than basic customer support

I've recieved a package and response on mail which is why the review changes from 1 star to 4 stars
- If the customer service had a number to call through for transparency it would've solved this issue through communication which avoids any suspicion of scam activity :)
