Excellent Service. Fast Turnaround and Even Faster Shipping! John was excellent to work with and I was worried our timeline for the event would be too tight given we we were working around the holidays for an early January event. It was a pleasure connecting with John on the phone about any questions and details; the end product was beautiful. The event raised over $1 million and the title sponsor was happy to see their logo going up on the back of every bid paddle as money was raised! A win for everyone.

We were in a major time crunch as bidder paddles were a very last minute decision. John was able to help us get the paddles turned around (even with a sponsor logo on them) and shipped for arrival a day before the event! Plus he worked with us as best he could on the shipping costs. Great guy, excellent communication, quality product...highly recommend this small family business!

I've used better bidders for years across several organizations. When people ask for a recommendation I always recommend John. I like that when I call I reach a person, not just a corporation. I think they can work on their communication, but if you email and call to follow up, John always delivers. He stands behind his products. He also knows events are stressful so he does everything in his power to ensure you have your product on time.

For one event I realized 2 weeks out we didn't have enough paddles and he rushed our order, which was such a relief!

One of my favorite things about his company is when you're missing paddle numbers from events (people take them home, they get thrown away, or broken), you can request specific numbers that are missing.

Overall, I will continue to use Better Bidders and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.
