The product was excellent. We needed reusable paddles and they fit the bill!
Delivery was a little later than expected, but we got them in time for our event.

customer service and communication with John was great. they didn't have enough material to make the ones I wanted, so I had to pick a different option they gave me and all were more expensive of course. Would have been nice if they offered a price match or discount since i didn't know until after i had already placed the order.

The paddles were exactly as described and good quality. They were perfect for our shelter's fundraising event. We were nervous at first about them arriving on time, but they got to us a few days before our event, we were very grateful for the speediness!
The website was a little difficult to navigate, but communication via email with the company was exceptional.

Very helpful product information provided on the website and very quick service getting the art set up to print. In the future, I am hoping they can include the rush production charge, plus any art placement and product handling in the order summary so you can have a better idea of the final costs.

John is a great business man but bidder paddles are a difficult product to order online because they always get finalized last minute because we wait to get them sponsored and the artwork can be complicated but he worked with us to understand the process and get them on time.

John is always ready for our last-minute orders and does a tremendous job with the production and delivery.

This is our second year working with John from Better Bidders, and he has been so great with getting back to me in a timely manner and understanding what we want to when ordering our bidding paddles. Looking forward to working with them more in the future. Thank you!
