You should rename yourself to "WorseDocs"
We have had an extremely bad experience using BetterDocs. For over a year, we have tried to build our documentation environment using BetterDocs, but it has become clear that this was the wrong solution.
BetterDocs has released features that we implemented in our documentation solution, only to find out that these functionalities were clearly untested. Features like "Encyclopedia" were simply launched without working properly, which BetterDocs themselves admitted.
Their software is full of bugs and issues. When you reach out to their support, they promise to fix problems within a week—but they never actually do. We have been strung along for months with empty promises, and we feel completely deceived by their team.
Throughout this period, we have been paying customers of their Pro plugin, and it has been beyond frustrating to pay for a so-called "Pro" solution while receiving such poor treatment. Even more frustrating is the amount of time and resources we have wasted trying to fix their broken software and placing trust in a team that has consistently failed to deliver on their promises.
We cannot recommend BetterDocs to anyone looking for a knowledge base documentation solution. Truly a terrible experience.
