i received print out but when i got charged twice and not realising this was to happen have not been able to cancel where i have tried then asked to pay an amount which will be refunded and nothing, taken it up with my bank and they have said to contact you which has not been easy. 2x charges at 50.12.

An alert for LOL (Little Old Ladies)
I had a lot of trouble using the app due to age (80), poor vision and general computer ineptitude. I wrote one snippy letter, than another nicer one, then a third confessing this was all beyond me. IN EVERY CASE, I got back a prompt, helpful reply from what appeared to be real people — truly rare and wonderful! I won’t be continuing the BetterMe Chair Yoga series, but only because I’m a techno-dinosaur. Their program menu is versatile, and their staff is great. For that reason, I recommend it!

Their customer service was incredible
Their customer service was incredible. Long story short- I had to work out cancelling with them because I cannot work out currently (something unexpected) and they were so kind, fast and incredibly easy to work with. The content they produce is wonderful and everything is great when you’re just sticking with the program. But it’s when something comes up that you really get to know a company and this one is awesome.

All-round satisfaction
I had purchased a trial subscription and could not use it due to an accident right on the training’s beginning . I was then charged for a full subscription that I had canceled in compliance to the contract. Better Me refunded that charge in a very little time. Above that I experienced the support team to be not only prompt, but caring, polite and ever so friendly throughout the exchange process.
Once I‘ll have recovered from my accident I‘ll certainly get back to BetterMe.

TOOK 3 MONTHS TO STOP SUBSCRIPTION
After a few tries, I decided the program was not for me. I spent months trying to stop the subscription. They make it VERY DIFFICULT for you to end the subscription. The directions they give you online don't match up with what is on your account. I would not recommend this program ever!

After having some issues logging in to…
After having some issues logging in to my account, I contacted the support who managed to help me in just a couple emails and were very efficient.
I dont know yet about the efficiency of the app as I'm just starting the program but so the exercises were good and I definitely felt the muscles that worked after the sessions I've done.
