Unsubscribed Charges and Bad Customer Service
Don’t use your card on this platform if you love yourself. I subscribe for one month on 15th September, 2026 with a charge of $15.19 but debited twice, second higher, without any receipt or reason. I have sent mail severally with no response.

"Unresponsive Customer Support & Unauthorized Charges
I subscribed to BetterSpeak for $11.99/month, but I was double charged without my authorization for an additional $24.59. Despite these deductions, my subscription and account services were never activated. I have emailed customer support four times to resolve the issue and adjust or refund the excess charge, but I have received zero response. This is completely unacceptable customer service, and I request an immediate full refund for the unauthorized charges."
