Have order and received a fantastic looking mural. I was completely satisfied and absolutely thrilled with everything from the product to the customer service. I would highly recommend using them👍🏼

BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM HERE. Ordered my mural photo to be 87 inches in height and when we put it up it was short 2 inches. A professional installed it. Emailed customer service, showed a video of it being 85 inches instead of 87 with a measuring tape so it was clear. Customer service accused me of lying for no reason at all. Very strange. When you think about it, why would I put up a mural I just paid almost $400, get a professional to install it for $350 and then cut it short on purpose? I requested a full refund. They said they would send me a new one, but then I would have to pay for someone to remove it and then reinstall it which would cost me around $500. Customer service had the nerve to only offer me only 35% refund. So my family is now out $750 and Betterwalls made money. CUSTOMER LOSES. The ignorance that customer service had to call me a liar because they think I cut it short on purpose to make my own life difficult and lose money.

Bought the peel and stick wallpaper for children's room. Wallpaper is good quality but I was a bit disappointed at first as the print (world map) up close is a bit pixelated. The picture preview on the website is lacking and clearly they didn't use an image with high enough resolution to be blown up to 2m x 2m.
However, now that's it's up on the wall it looks good and we are happy with it so it has redeemed a 4 star review. There's only a few place names you can't read.
If you buy a print that has to be perfectly aligned it will take a long time to put up and get perfect, definitely a 2 person job. Peel and stick worked great but after cutting the excess off it pulled the paint off adjacent walls/ceiling so we had to touch these up a bit.

Total shambles. Parts of Mural missing. One 50cm wide strip for a wall 93.5 x 110cm. Trying to fob me off when I complained. Avoid this Company like the plague. 😠 😡

Product not only came with packaging soaked but the design is very pixelated and poor quality. They also dont allow returns!

Poor quality.....Please ensure before ordering to avoid regret later on.

Wastage of money.....keep away from this business.

I recieved my order not at the size we needed. The company claimed we uploaded a picture with a white background. We uploaded a png we thought had no background and noticed how the pieces would come based on the splits on the screen we saw no white in the splits. When we got the item the picture was small because it was surrounded by a white background. Our issue is that even if we did not correctly upload the image without a white background the amount we paid was a good amount and the company made no effort to show us a preview as to how it would look before they printed. A company that does this type of printing for wallpaper at this pricing that has good customer service would attempt to make sure that there was no mistake on the upload of the design. The customer service was very poor not to show a preview or question the upload before printing and sending. The company said they “assumed” we knew it was a white background since we uploaded it. To assume someone wanted a white background for wallpaper was poor judgement in not making sure. The reasons for previews is to make sure it looks like what the customer needs before the shipment and waste of a customer’s money. We did not ask for any kind of quick shipping so time was not an issue.

Excellent product. Went for the non woven paper. Excellent reproduction from not that high a resolution picture.
Paper easy to hang, perfect match up of each panel. Only suggestion is that if you are hanging paper on non uniform coloured walls, and your picture has significant areas of light colours, then you may get witness marks showing through. Suggest you paint wall first & allow to thoroughly dry to give uniform field before hanging paper.
Would deffo recommend.

JPH signs wrote easy web ordering. Fast delivery. Image slightly pixelate & edges were white and on a black print are visible. Other than that very happy.

Betterwalls it is definitely not!!! Ordered my paper and the colour is completely different from the image shown. It was meant to be a grey building and looking out to sea from within, the concrete is almost chocolate brown in colour and not grey, i.e. Concrete? The response is a typical get out of jail, my screen must have shown the colour wrong, or DID I REALLY SEE GREY? YES THAT'S WHYI ORDERED THIS FOR A GREY DECOR ROOM. Now wasted nearly £200. As with others on here please do not use this company they are not UK based as the .co.uk website would have you believe, or did I imagine that as well? Please spend your money elsewhere, as the good reviews on here state they are happy then all is good, BUT BE WARNED IF YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM THAT'S WHERE BETTERWALLS SIMPLY WALK AWAY WITH YOUR HARD EARNED CASH!!!!

The only reason I've market it down is the packaging. I am aware of new legislation coming into force re cellophane and plastics packing, the roll of mural came in an obling box granted, but without a wrapping (paper would do) it had unravelled in the box so was susceptible to damage on the edges of the paper. This as we know can affect the joining of any wall paper. My decorator said there was only one point at the first edge he had to treat with glue but it may have been alot worse and a simple paper wrap would have reduced the risk and instilled immediate confidence. Other than that the quality and the print is fantastic and worth every penny of the £300 I paid for it for my bar and it feels like your sat on the inside of a Barn!

Worse customer service ever, photos were sent blurred and in pieces and I will be disputing with my bank as there customer service is very rude

The photo wallpapers are high quality and cannot be torn, but they do have a slight reflection. Every slight unevenness on the wall is visible.
The measurements worked.
In the case of “A Million Stars,” the first row, and possibly also the second, was unfortunately printed a little out of place.
They didn't fit together properly no matter how you turned them. All the other rows fit perfectly.
With a second wallpaper, everything was fine.
Unfortunately, the wallpapers shrink a little when drying, which means that a small, vertical line is occasionally clearly visible.
It would probably be a good idea to color the wall or the back of the wallpaper at the rivet points if the image is darker.
I would have to go over white lines with colored pencils.
I was only able to open an account when I completed the purchase, so not in advance.

I was a bit frightened at first but it was so easy to order just measure the wall you want to paper mine wasn't square as I had a door but measure the whole wall add at least 2inches width and length pick the picture you want and order its as simple as that ,it comes on a roll but each length is numbered you can't go wrong ,the quality of the paper 👌,the picture is so clear 👌and it's so easy to apply just paste the wall and put it on simple as that ,I love it

Poor quality; it was paper; not easy installation; you have to buy a paste; and there are no devolutions because it's customize. There are better quality wallpaper out there keep looking

I ordered an 1800mm high x 500mm wide part of a large wall mural, so that I had a single width picture with no join, as this was to be hung as a tall narrow image at the top of my stairs and it fitted the wall space perfectly. Delivery was ahead of the anticipated date and the print arrived in great condition.
Easy to mount onto a board and framed with a slim aluminium frame ... looks good !
Before I ordered the image I messaged Betterwalls for clarification and they responded promptly .... overall, an excellent service !

Still waiting to hear from this company. Recommended by my decorator. Placed an order last order on the 15. Goods are expected to be delivered between 17-21/5/24. I am still waiting for that elusive email advising of goods dispatched. I send up to 3 emails querying my order, no information. I paid for the goods! What's going on Betterwalls?
