Shipping, ordering and contacting customer service is easy and quick.
The allergy chews have really helped my boy. He doesn't seem to scratch as much and his skin isn't as pink as it would have been without them. Even the groomer noticed a change in his skin after starting the chews.

My three dogs love their Better Wild probiotics! They each have different skin allergy issues and it only took a couple weeks to get them under control with their daily supplement. They are happy with healthy skin and beautiful shiny coats. Its a relief to avoid prescription allergy medications.

My dog had a severe allergic reaction within a week of using this product, so I stopped immediately and rushed her to the vet. My focus was on my dog's health, so I was late to cancel my next order.
I reached out within minutes of a subscription renewal to cancel the order, but was told it had already been processed. Based on the shipping timeline, processing and shipment occurred significantly later, which made the refusal to cancel feel unreasonable.
The lack of flexibility here was disappointing, especially given the situation and the pain we went through. I would encourage the company to offer more flexibility in situations like this, especially when customers act quickly and in good faith. Requiring customers to absorb the cost and effort of a return in this situation does not feel reasonable.

This product almost cost my dog her life. It damaged her liver and cost me a lot of money in vet bills. I would not recommend to anyone as it's ingredients are not pure as they advertise.

EDIT: The company did not reach out to me, but they did refund my order. This doesn’t make my dog better, but it makes me smarter about what I give them. Not done with this though I will be taking further action to protect other dogs.

The order process is smooth. The product works great. The shipping has started taking longer. I used to get the product within a couple of days now it takes a week. The shipping is the only complaint I have.

Customer service has been excellent with response to inquiries handled professionally, friendly and very timely. Packaging and appearance of product is very good and the results we have experienced with our dog have been phenomenal. It is our belief you can buy from Better Wild trusting to have a good experience all around.

My dog was constantly licking her paws and rolling on her back on the carpet. After taking Better Wild she stopped doing both of these. The automatic delivery every month makes it so easy. And by the way, she comes running when she hears me open the chews and gobbles it up quickly!!

I wish I knew about these products before, we have spent so much money buying Apoquel.
And when I heard that BetterWild was a more natural way of treating allergies we gave it a try and it really works plus is a healthy choice for our dog.

There was a mixup with my address and shipments were not received. As the problem was dug into, Betterwild found more then one subscription under my name. They came forward with answers to the problems. They went way beyond usual customer service. Their product is worth it and needed by my fur baby. Thank-you

My dog likes the gut health vitamins.

My 13 year old Toby (Jack Russell mix) constantly chewed on his feet. Bitter apple liquid almost became a daily treat.
But within 2 days of Better Wild a significant change occurred. He loves the bone shaped treat and most importantly he has completely stopped chewing. Definitely recommend this product!

About six years ago, I adopted a six year old beagle who had always suffered from allergies. She was on Apoquel and I wanted to stop that medication so I began trying many combinations of natural supplements and cytopoint shots. About five years later she was somewhat improved but still had crusty, itchy skin on her back and occasional ear infections. I heard about Better Wild and decided to try it. I started giving one treat a day last February, before the start of allergy season. I am thrilled to report that she had no problems whatever with her skin or any other symptoms all of last Spring, summer and fall. I plan to continue giving her Better Wild for the rest of her life. We’re all much happier.

My Havanese, Beau, has some allergies and I have tried other allergy relief products. Better Wild has been a Godsend! It has helped his allergies so much!

Don't buy from here I ordered from them to try it out and I didn't even get my first order in the mail and its been months. So I tried to cancel my subscription but there website is so poorly designed I couldn't cancel my sub due to some stupid error I was getting with it. They charged me again and now I have a second shipment in the mail that I can't seem to return or cancel because no one seems to actually respond when you send them emails.

After having to post a review to get a response from the company they have refunded my first order but still haven't given me a refund for my canceled sub and second order. I can give them credit for giving me a refund for at least one of my orders I still can't give them a positive review for the lack of comunication. I sent in a refund request and all I get in response to that email was a survey on how we did response.
To further explain my issue with there website I clicked on the link inside in the email sent to me after another order was processed then it said "no active subscription" on the proceeding website. Trying to navigate to where my subscription is very unclear. I never actually got to sample their product but their website needs a complete overhaul. To make things easier for purchase and shipping with DHL is not good either please reconsider other shipping methods this isn't the first time I've had issues with DHL.

I’ve been trying to contact this company since October 2025. My wife ordered this product. She passed away suddenly on September 12, 2025. Since that time I have called the number (855-512-9453) at least 30 times. There is never an answer. These charges are on my wife’s credit card account. I am ready to stop payment at my bank if no one contacts me.
Update: I’m happy to say that the company responded within their 48 hour response pledge. They asked for additional info so they could make things right.i am truly impressed by their efforts. Hope they follow thru, but they have definitely changed my opinion of their company. Thank you for your kind efforts. God Bless!
