Awful I won a bet they came out with excuses that makes no sense 5 minutes time frame bet is 5 minutes nothing more to say they didn’t refund my money and settled my bet as a loss completely awful please stay away they do what they want I’m furious with this nonsense it’s a scam how can someone win and you come with some adjustments terms that suit you if It was the other way around they would have come with another response with some other term completely unacceptable

I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to think twice. My experience has been absolutely appalling from start to finish.
I opened a new account and was awarded the advertised £40 in free bets. I used these as intended and started winning. However, almost immediately after I began winning, my account was suspended. I provided all of the information and verification documents they requested, fully cooperating with their checks, yet despite this, they have continued to restrict my account and lock me out.
The situation has now left me £100s out of pocket, including money that I won fairly and legitimately. What is particularly concerning is the timing of the suspension — everything was fine while I was placing bets, but as soon as I started winning, my account was restricted. From my perspective, it feels as though the account has been suspended simply because I became profitable.
To make matters worse, I have been unable to access my account properly, my withdrawals have been rejected, and I have been given no clear timeframe whatsoever for when I will receive the money that is rightfully mine. I have repeatedly cooperated with their requests, yet I am still left without access to my funds and without a satisfactory explanation.
This is completely unacceptable. If a company is happy to accept customers' deposits and bets, it should also be prepared to honour legitimate winnings and deal with account checks in a fair and transparent manner. Customers should not be left hundreds of pounds out of pocket with no clear indication of when their money will be returned.
I will not be letting this go. I intend to escalate this complaint through the appropriate channels and continue pursuing the matter until I receive a proper explanation and the money I am owed.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend staying away from this company. I certainly will not be using them again, and I would urge other customers to be extremely cautious before depositing any money.

Absolutely shocking advertising I signed up to this betting app an hour ago with the promotion saying new customers 50 free spins when you wager 10 pounds as to which I did and never got the promotion speaking to customer service was like speaking to a brick wall and all they say is the promotion is restricted. No where on the promotion page does it say that scamming people out of money absolute scam of a betting organisation shut the place down

Extremely disappointing experience with BetUK. I signed up specifically for the £40 Welcome Offer, opted in, deposited £10 and completed the qualifying bet. Only afterwards was I told my account was restricted from promotions and that the 4 x £10 Free Bets would not be credited.

What makes this worse is that support confirmed the restriction was active from sign-up, yet I was still allowed to opt into the offer and complete all the qualifying requirements. When I asked why, they simply referred me to their Terms & Conditions and refused to honour the offer.

If an account is restricted from a promotion, customers should be told before they deposit and place a qualifying bet, not afterwards. Very poor transparency and customer service. I would not recommend BetUK based on this experience.

I went through a rough period losing my Grandad. He was in hospital for a few weeks before he sadly passed away. During this time I used BetUK as an escape from reality and played on the platform on an evening. I had several issues logging in and with the cash out facility. When raising these concerns all the customer service agents were unapologetic and displayed a serious lack of empathy and understanding. Especially the agent called Samantha. I wasn’t offered any resolutions or compensation and instead was made out to be a liar. It has left a very bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this site. Callum

The most treacherous site on the internet.I am so sorry I came across these criminals everything is rigged and no chance of winning anything from these crooks.The most horrific experience I had.There were a few indications that they manipulate the game.There were many occasions where they gave the number while the wheel was still spinning before landing.On other occasion they took money from the account without playing not much but stealing anyway.It doesn’t matter what you do they will make you loose.I lost so much in a months time over £2000 that I started playing 10 pence on simple chances and also lost I waited for example 10 times for a dozen not repeat itself and come into the game with 10 pence they would not bring the dozen or column until I loose everything and when I loose egg then they bring it.Many times the bring 0 to make you loose everything.They are so sadistic,criminals,thieves,greedy,parasites,tormentors,extortionists,American gangsters.Not that the British or others are any better but they Americans are really bad.I feel really bad that that these rotten people enjoy my lifelong savings but it’s a rotten system anyway

Should have read the reviews!!! Signed up today, deposited £10 via Apple Pay and OFCOURSE it “failed” but the funds left my account. Been in Live Chat for 25minutes (with receipts) after saying it’ll be 1-3mins, they seem to respond to reviews quickly and positively about rectifying things urgently so i’ll be SURE to update this review to let you all know the outcome.

Had to give my change of bank card proof of ownership for security reasons. Was a little suprised at the request but was handled efficiently by the customer team who told me why they were asking. All done very quickly.

so I’ve placed a bet and I followed all the rules in order to claim my welcome offer, I was connected to a agent and I explained the situation and this is what I read “Start your BetUK experience with £40 in Free Bets with your Sports Welcome Offer! Simply place a qualifying bet of £10 or more at odds of Evens (2.0) or greater, and you'll receive 4x £10 Free Bets when it settles.” So I followed all the rules and then I was told horse racing was not part of it, I argued that most welcome offers do not exclude horse racing nor did I see it online, I then asked if I can be connected to a higher up because I wanted to complain, the agent then began toying with me saying other agents will say the same thing, furthermore began to say no higher ups are available at the moment, then next second say higher ups don’t talk to players at all. He was very cocky and I’m not happy with it at all not just from not getting the free bets but also the customer service was atrocious. If only I can send screenshots of the chat on here you guys would be shocked by how I was treated. Please AVOID this company they are SCAMMERS!! I would personally recommend MIDNITE as their customer service is amazing.

To the Complaints Department,

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the handling of my BetUK account and the ongoing delay in releasing my withdrawal funds.

I have been a BetUK customer for over six months and, during that time, have spent in excess of £3,500. On 11 July 2026, I won a number of bets and submitted a withdrawal request for my account balance. Shortly afterwards, my account was placed under review and my funds were withheld.

On 12 July 2026, I provided all of the documentation requested by your team. I was subsequently informed that everything required had been received.Despite this, it has now been 11 days since I submitted the requested information, and my account remains under review.

What I find particularly concerning is that no member of your customer support team has been able to provide:

An explanation for the delay;
An estimated timeframe for completion of the review; or Any meaningful update regarding the status of my account or withdrawal.

While I understand that account reviews may be necessary, retaining a customer's funds for such a prolonged period without clear communication or a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect transparency, timely updates, and fair treatment.

I therefore request that this matter be treated as a priority and that you provide:

An immediate update on the status of my account review.

A clear explanation for the delay.

A confirmed timeframe for when the review will be completed.

The prompt release of my withdrawal funds if there are no outstanding issues.

Odds are pretty similar to others, some great joining & betting offers - testament is what are they like on withdrawing winnings & have to say first class!

Shockingly bad strike rate on slots. Not sure how they get away with it TBH. Small print perhaps. More fool me.

They wouldn't accept my proof of address because I blacked out my account number, sort code and transaction history on my bank statement. Something feels serious sus about asking me to provide intimate bank details to a random person just to confirm my address. As somebody who used to work in fraud prevention I would not recommend using this lot.

I occasionally used betuk after trying several others that were confusing to use. I'm not a regular in betting. I just need something with an easy layout and easy access.
A week or so ago I moved home abd informed betuk. I asked them to amend my details. I heard nothing from them until yesterday Sunday, Father's Day when an idiot started sending me emails for verification. SUNDAY. FATHERSDAY. How inconsiderate. Several emails later I eventually had to ignore him. What depth of thick is he?
So betuk lacks basic humanity, betuk is completely thoughtless and couldn't care less about spoiling a family day.
Don't use them.
