Terrible (real review not paid bots). If there was a gambling app for Grandparenrlts this is it slow crap non existent promos made for the dregs of society. Not once did I ever feel I was in a position of being im the green. They take take take take take. Putting bets on is like trying to decipher the davinci code. Don't bother with these unless you trully have money to burn.

Why is the customer service so dire?
Borderline rude in my experience so far.

Literally gob smacked by their flagrant disregard to their gambling commission licence.
Over a week to verify an account whilst they illegally deny you access to your own money. as stated in the terms of their license under section 17.1.1. Would be a breach.
Proceeded to deny my right for a data subject access request. I'll be reporting this to the information commission as well.
Denied to provide me the details for the safer gambling helpline and instead gave me this random mobile number - who is in my belief just one of their mates ?
And their claim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to respond within 7 days is just a lie and no efforts whatsoever had been made to engage. These crooks made all of these breaches, and still they will play dumb when you pick them up on their lies and obfuscation and purely give you the run around. Again, evidence will be plasterd for all to see their behaviour.
I will attach the entire chat transcript here over a weeks worth of their lies, if possible as well as on forums and their x and facebook as proof of their criminal conduct. Decide for yourself if this all sounds legit or a con. My opinion is to avoid these parasites like the plague. Literally will break every rule just to deny your right to your money and if you kick up a fuss on how crooked they're being.
A repeat of precisely what they got fined 2 million for in 2022 they never stopped. How they are allowed to keep their license is beyond me. Just thief's and liars there and not the sort to trust with your money evidently.

I reported to Ibas as reached deadlock, had to inform the adjudicator they wouldn't provide deadlock letter reference and still remain without my funds for the 2nd week going onto 3rd*

Had an alright time on the site until I referred a friend using their referral program. The program says that you and the person you refer will both receive $40 in casino credit. We completed the requirements and the bonus stated that it was completed and that we were both issued our funds. Neither of us received the casino credits so contacted their support team who told us "it says you received it, case closed".
If they can't be trusted with this, I'm not trusting them with much else.
Had support close my account and remove my data following this incident.

Very good site! Used one of their promos and deposited £10, received £20 bonus credit and won £250. Only thing that is abit disappointing is the fact that you can only win a max of £250. I won over £1000 through the bonus but as soon as I met wagering requirements it took all the money and left me £250. Can hardly complain though, it’s free money.

I like BetVictor, but what really annoys me is, when you place a bet, and the price changes, why don’t you offer the punter the choice of taking a worse price, instead of just giving them it. Fair enough if the price is better, but if it’s worse, then the punter should be given the choice if they want to take it, or not :(
