Worst site ever. I have asked for a refund 7 weeks ago. Still waiting. Do not use under any circumstances.

Not sure why there’s so much negativity with this site.
I signed up a few days ago, deposited £60 ended up winning and withdrawing £500 which I received the next day.

Hi there betway is not such a they say there are ihave see 2 accounts of there winnings just gone. It's like this after open account everything works put voucher start playing after they this person wins try to withdraw nothing happened after calling them 2to 4 times or more what they do close your account it happens to me before when I call they told me it's me idid that guess the account never recover I try to change my phone to reopen they grant me to open new account while I still have another account and was having money in the account so platform like betway is very very bad most of us we trust betway as now this friend of mine the account is closed and there is money in the account more than R7000.. Iam not making betway bad but ihave prof isee it it's very sad for betway scam people like this no

I used their bet insurance sign up offer, I lost my bet and did not get my money back. I tried contacting them multiple times, nothing was ever solved, and they ended up ghosting me. Do not use

My newly created account has been locked just after i made my first $2,000 deposited. Everytime when i have contacted them, I was asked to provide banking details with a proof of ID so that they could manually update my payment method, thing which I did more than 8 times by emails to their addresses. I was told that they would get back to me in 48 hours, thing which never happened. Now it's been over 7 weeks already, I still haven't got any feedback from them and my own money is still in their pockets. Complet scam of abetting site. If i could have made appstore remove this scammer app. I would have gladly asked them to remove it. I have moved on with a formal plainte with ADR.

I'm truly puzzled by the amount of negative reviews, when honestly I've experienced nothing but good! First off, you get paid out within an hour or two, they give a lot back to the players(weekend Casino Club, daily free bets or spins) AND their customer service reps actually respond and help! Compared to the many other gaming apps I use, I would rate Betway as one of, if not THE BEST all-around casino apps in Canada.

I made a withdrawal on Jan 31st, it worked no problem. Tried another withdrawal on Feb 1 and suddenly they “can’t send to my bank” which makes zero sense. Holding my money hostage just like all the other negative reviews on here about this shitty Casino. The CFL and other sports entities that sponsor this shit casino should be ashamed of promoting such nonsense

Account wont let me withdrawal. Says need verification. Won't let me verify. If not resolved soon ill just sue. If you can take money without hesitation you should be able to upkeep the rest of your site without issues.

I am a customer in Canada, and I have a bet that has been under review since April.
As of today, the bet is still not settled.

I contacted Betway support multiple times, but all I receive are automated, generic replies. No clear explanation is provided, no timeframe is given, and no real action seems to be taken.

Waiting several months for a bet to be settled is completely unacceptable for a licensed betting operator in Canada. Holding customer funds for this long without transparency seriously damages trust.

This has been a very frustrating experience, and based on this situation, I cannot recommend Betway to Canadian customers.

I signed up, deposited, no deposit bonus. No wheel bonus.

So I went on the live chat which took an hour litterally. Only to be told vague reasons why I wouldn't receive the bonus. It was also my birthday.

Every time i tried to get my winnings I hit cancel withdrawal button as each time signed back in and out my withdrawal never went through. I had the feeling my winnings meant nothing to them and would not be processed.

I've been trying to contact customer service for a mistake that was made on a bet. There's NO WAY to reach a live agent, text, email, or phone. truly frustrating.

Stay away!!! There was a ‘lag’ on 2 separate occasions for me playing live roulette. After a win, my account was not refreshed in time to play the next bet which was very important at the time given the fact I was in the middle of a progression to recover after a loss. ‘Live chat’ support was completely useless and claimed they represented the platform and not the casino. What? Why are you here then? They then told me that my issue would be forwarded and addressed by the casino…still waiting.

This company, customer service, verification tool, nothing works.
I emailed them minimum of 10 times. I sent the docs I was asked. Yet, they still send me some spam looking emails with a deadline for verification, and every email says it is my last chance to get verified 😂🙃😃.
Noone cares about what you send to them, chat does not work. You can't even unsubscribe to their spam emails. Some weird thing going on. Not sure if Ontario Gambling Corporation is aware of these things people are going through. it was ok before, but now seems entirely scetchy.

Still waiting on September 27th withdrawal of 2300$, near impossible to speak to an agent, horrible wait times, terms such as, your issue is being escalated to payment team, to wait 24-48hrs, been told this numerous times over the last few weeks, asked for email updates, have not received any at all, I completed a deposit with no issues, accepted immediately in minutes, not a banking issue. Been very patient, extremely frustrated now. Just would like this resolved asap.

When signing up with Betway, I submitted a proof of ID and proof of Address, both of which were verified. I won some money after meeting the wager requirements of the welcome bonus and submitted a withdrawal. After 5 days I reached out to chat and they mentioned I have to send in proof of address (something that I already sent in and was verified). The representative then told me that he would not be able to confirm receipt of my documents or escalate my issue. I am not sure why I have to re-verify my account when my address was already confirmed. Very disappointed at this process, I just want my funds out. I shouldn't have to reach out to find out that I have to send in more documents. You should reach out to your customers first of all and secondly not re-verify using the same documents. Very disappointed, not sure I want to use Betway again, and others shouldn't either.

Deposited a pretty large sum of money and I can not withdrawal. Customer service does not exist and is only a bot and I can not reach a live person to talk to. I don't understand how a company can have such a lack of communication and at this point I do not believe I will be receiving my money based on other reviews. If in Canada, do not make an account

Does anyone know how to get customer support in Canada? The live chat is useless, the email addresses aren't monitored and there is no phone number.
