I racked up $30,000 on their slot machines. In order to withdraw they first said I need to verify who I am by sending $100. I sent them the money using crypto. After that I tried to withdraw. I was un able to. I contact customer support. They told me I needed to prove ownership of the account by sending $200. Even though the account was in my name. So from my experience. It's a scam. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
