I fell in love with one of the contemporary Persian rugs on the website, and decided to place an order for it. Mustafa reached out to me the next day to ask if I was happy to wait as there was going to be a slight delay with the shipping – this was extremely helpful and considerate. Prior to shipping the rug he emailed me again to double-check the address, and considering how much trouble I’ve had recently with deliveries, I truly appreciated the extra care. The rug itself arrived quickly and was packaged well; and it looks and feels just as gorgeous and luxurious as it looked on the website. It matches the room perfectly. I’m really happy with the product, but I also want to recognise the excellent service because the care and attention that Mustafa provided throughout the process made this purchase one of the smoothest ordering experiences I’ve had lately.

The rug looks as good as the picture even better! The quality is amazing and very well packed. It was a gift for a friend who loves Iranian rugs and patterns, had a quick delivery and when I asked them to change the delivery time they managed to change it just in few minutes!
