-100 stars . Charged 3 xs for Til Valhalla shirts and apparently $39.99 reoccurring charge. Stay far away. Transactions will be returned by bank once completed and card canceled. What a hassle. Shame in you FACEBOOK 😕

Got scammed! I was under the impression I was buying from United with us…Purchased a band bracelet and on my bank statement was another company charging me $24.86, called Visa and they closed my card. The new card posted the Bo-Bo charge so had to call Visa again and they closed the new card! Waiting now for 2nd new card in case they try to add more charges on. Its been such an inconvenience! The Bo-Bo company name is Femalesloveit. Com!😡

Do not buy from them! The products run small. They do not indicate that. They will not allow returns. Garbage customer service!

Total scam. They charged double shipping and won't respond no matter how many requests. Now the shirt arrived and it's a joke -- nothing like what was shown. It looks awful and made from some kind of plastic. Shipped from China, not USA. These guys are total frauds.

Placed a quick order after seeing TVP shirts. Only after getting the charges I saw it wasn't TVP. I have requested to cancel. If they do not Ill dispute with my bank.

ORDERED A SHIRT FOR 9.95 AND ENDED UP PAYING 25.00 FOR IT. WAITED 4 WEEKS CAME IN AND WAS MADE OUT OF A CHEAP DRY FIT MATERIAL ADN WASN'T WHAT IS BEING ADVERTISED. TOOK A LOOK AT MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY DECIDED THEY WOULD TAKE OUT 39.99 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT A MONTH AFTER I PLACED AN ORDER AND PAID FOR IT WITH OUT MY CONSENT. SO OF COURSE I REPORTED IT AS FRAUD TO MY BANK AND BLOCKED OTHER TRANSACTIONS. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE BEWARE... AND MAKE SURE TO KEEP A CHECK ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD USED

Fraudulent Knock off Do not buy from them. I ordered 4 shirts and a sweatshirt from them thinking it was an original Till Valhalla Project item. They had miss spellings and were obvious knock offs. They have a misleading practice of "adding" an optional discounted item after checking out, they then charge almost $20 for shipping and handling. Overall HORIBLE company trying to rip off a veteran charity. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Read all these reviews - the "poor quality" theme is common and foremost. Second to quality is the "scam-type" customer service - no refunds and the 'submit' button would not work when I attempted (3x) to 'Submit a Request'.
Lastly, my credit card was hacked just 1 week after I submitted this order. Interestingly, this 'BeUnitedWithUs' order was noted on my CC statement as "galsforfashion".com and the hack attempt was "ladiesthreadsville".com - 99% this is not just a coincidence.
Summary - STAY AWAY from any purchases containing the words "UnitedWithUs / BeUnitedWithUs".

Bought two Be Kind Hoodies. Medium and Large. Quality is horrible. Material is horrible. Fit is horrible (both medium and large were basically the same size. The large was very short. I'm 5'9" and it barely touched my waist line.) Customer service is horrible. Shipment tracking info is horrible. Replacement items (the fact they actually sent me a replacement was a pro but the process is horrible, long, and they are slow to respond) was just as bad as the original sent. Please do not purchase from this place. Save yourself the headache.

This company is a complete disappointment and feels like a scam. I ordered three hoodies, none of which were wearable. The sizing was completely inaccurate, the quality was cheap and unacceptable, and the items looked nothing like what was advertised on their website or social media. The sleeves looked like they were from a 5 year old shirt on an adult sweatshirt! I ended up donating all of them because they were truly unwearable.

To make matters worse, I made multiple attempts to reach out to customer service and was ignored for weeks. When I finally got a reply months later they offered me a partial refund for one item—as if that even remotely addressed the problem. The experience was frustrating, insulting, and frankly, outrageous.

What really adds insult to injury is that this company hides behind the false image of being a “small American business" when they are sending their orders straight from CHINA! As a REAL small AMERICAN business owner myself, I can say without hesitation: no legitimate small business would treat a customer this way. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic customer care is staggering.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Their advertising is misleading, their products are junk, and their service is nonexistent. I would never recommend them to anyone!!

I ordered an XL Hooded Sweatshirt, when I received my order, the size was more like a medium. I wear XL in all other shirts I wear, so I expected it to fit. Not even close!!!!!
I sent an e-mail to customer service 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard a thing.

I ordered 2 t shirts and 3 sweatshirts. The order arrived and I am very unhappy with the quality of the fabric of the sweatshirts. It is like foamy, plastic feel fabric. I immediately sent notice that I want to return them because of bad quality. After a back and for with the company, they are refusing a return for credit and offered a measly $11 refund. I won't be ordering from or recommending Be United With Us

I received a bogus T Shirt from what I thought was from Til Valhalla Project. It was garbage but it had their logo on it but they made me aware of this scam company. I have never heard of this company and I don't see anything on my Amex that I don't recognize. Thanks for any help

This site is a scam. I bought 2 shirts from this site and then I had reoccurring charges on 39.95 from 2 different sites that claimed I had subscriptions after purchasing the 2 shirts from BeUnitedwithus. How do I have 2 separate subscriptions from 2 different companies (plushiespot & ladiesthreadsvilla) when I oordered from BeUnitedWithUs?

What a scam! I ordered a hoodie several months ago. When I received it it was way too small, the fabric was some cheap polyester, and smelled like chemicals.

I GIVE THIS COMPANY A MINUS 10 REVIEW. 1ST IT TOOK THEM ALMOST 4 MONTHS TO RESPOND TO MY EMAIL 😡😡 then I'm told even after receiving the item and pressing return item that I'm not allowed a refund😡😡 I was OVERCHARGED for shipping I had something added to my order called caliber five WHICH I still have no clue what the hell that is. The sweatshirt was 2 small and the material is shitty. VERY VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!! I recommend NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

We bought shirts from this company. Design was great, but the material was cheap athletic polyester.

Here's where I am really frustrated. They added a "free" membership to my order. It's almost impossible to find information about it on their website, so you get a surprise $39.99 charge a month later when the trial is over. They have a prompt at the end of ordering asking if you want to ADD suggested items to your order. If you do, it creates a whole new order that had higher shipping than the original order. Then they ship both orders together!

I guess I learned my lesson. Don't try to shop from independent sellers!

I saw their ad on Instagram. A "be kind" hoodie for half price. It had a saying on back. I thought it was sharp and I needed a hoodie. Ordered with my debit card. They shipped it quickly, supposedly from China, gave me a tracking number and it arrived on my doorstep in 10 days. Problem it's a 3xl and it's too small and I wear a 2xl! Emailed them asking for a size exchange and they responded that they would email information within 72 hours. Nothing has arrived in my email box!
