Purchased a small softserve machine with the team, they tried their best to help me when the machine was faulty. Probably one of the best customer service I've experience for a long time in the catering industry. Mark and Graham are both amazing.

Just had our machine delivered today by Ellie. She was great, very friendly and very helpful. Took her time with us even though we was having a busy morning. Look forward to the atomic ice journey.

We have been dealing with Fizzbang for many years now, they are the best in the field when it comes to Beverage equipment. Anything ranging from slush machines to soft serve machines these guys have years of experience to advise what will be the best machine to purchase. Their after care service is by far the best I’ve dealt with. Big shout out to Mark who has always been extremely helpful with the sales and after sales service.

I've been dealing with Mark and Graham for a while now and have bought 17 machines this year alone. The service from Fizzbang is always above and beyond with deadlines being met well in time and awkward, last minute requests being facilitated without hesitation.
After-sales service is excellent with online, live video training provided by them to all my clients and all my queries and questions answered immediately.
I have found everything to be completely transparent in all our dealings and I am fully confident in the machines they have recommended to me as my clients can testify to as well.

Delivery charge £9.50 plus VAT but you send the parcel normal delivery and take a 4 to 5 days, way charge the delivery charge too High.

Mark & Graham are a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to support with our requests and provided an outstanding service.
Our client was over the moon with the slushie machines that Beverage Genius supplied.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Freddie @ Beverage Genius when looking for a soft serve machine. We had a number of calls and he arranged a product demonstration with the manufacturer, which reaped more ideas to help guide my fledgling business. They even talked me into ordering a lessor expensive unit than the one I had in mind.

Order placed and delivered with care. We did sadly get a manufacturers problem develop with the unit in the first week of testing at home BUT this is where Beverage Genius excelled - a brand new unit arrived & was commissioned a few days later and constant follow up calls to ensure there was no further issues.

Since then we are in contact almost weekly whereby BG are passing on potential business contact enquiry's to me.
