After reading the reviews here i was nervous but the bakery were very professional. They contacted the delivery location ahead of time (a pub) to make sure everything would run smoothly. The cakes were beautifully packaged, handled carefully and super tasty. We ordered the triple chocolate cake and the pumpkin pie both were fantastic!

I honestly can't recommend this company highly enough. I've been using them for gifts for a good few years after receiving a tin when my baby was born. The presentation, and the absolutely delicious, fresh cakes just blew me away (and I'm picky). When I looked up the company, I couldn't believe how reasonable the gifts were, so they became my go-to. A few days ago I ordered a tin for my daughter's nursery as she is leaving. The delivery guy didn't deliver on the day we were expecting and I got in touch to express concern that the cakes would not arrive fresh. Without hesitation, they sent out another tin - and the nursery ended up with two - which by reports were both completely fresh and delicious. Looking at other reviews, these guys may have a few issues with their delivery people (though I've never had a problem before), but the cake company are exceptional. If you're looking for a stunning gift with big impact for the money, definitely consider this company.

The first time, I ordered a cake, it was lovely. All elements were well executed from delivery, cake presentation and it all seemed to be a delightful new find. The cake was tasty and fresh. The next time, I ordered confidently, it was a disappointment from start to finish, delivery came before 8 on a Saturday morning and despite us having 2 bells, we didn't hear the bell ring and the delivery came back later in the day. This time it was a disappointment. We got the pistachio delight, as I thought it would be a nice show stopper for a landmark birthday celebration for my hubby who loves pistachio. Unfortunately, it was inedible, horrible artificial flavour rough granular texture, too sweet and didn't taste fresh. We couldn't eat it. It was an utter embarrassment, it ended up in the bin.

I am really disappointed in Beverley Hills Bakery. They have been recommended by several friends and I sent a cake tin to friends for their new arrival of their baby.
No tracking details or updates were given.
I chased them and they said it was delivered and shared an image of a box with someone (who wasn’t the recipient or any of their neighbours).
It was also quite embarrassing as I had to get them to knock on their neighbours door with the image to find out who took the package. Appreciate this is the courier but when trying to rectify the situation I asked for a refund as it was evident it didn’t get to the recipient and my friends now won’t be in to receive the package and I am seeing them.
They said they have a policy where they cannot refund.
It all seem ludicrous.
Hugely disappointing.
