I have been using Dermal repair complex off and on for several years...I definitely think it has helped me look younger my skin. I am 56 about to be 57 and when people dont know how old my girls are 29 and 27 they definitely guess I am in my 30's to 40's so I will take that all day long. That's why I keep going back to it.

No results after four months despite claims by Beverly Hills “md”s stating results would be seen within 3 months. My wife and I took before and after pictures only to find Zero results. The Four month guarantee, per the now removed YouTube video, doesn’t exist. We chatted with Danny, who wrote there was never a four month guarantee extension and to receive the full refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!, you need to keep all the empty bottles, send them back at your expense to possibly get a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY, note that the 5 star reviews are from people who have been compensated for their reviews. READ THE FINE PRINT.

I can't tell you how many items I have purchased over the past 2 to 3 years and not one item I purchased actually did what it was purchased or advertised to do. Stupid me - I recently purchased deep wrinkle filler and yes, like everything else purchased from Beverly Hills MD did absolutely nothing. I was determined after all the $ I spent to call for their guaranteed refund BUT... it's a trick. You need to spend $ and time shipping the item back (I am on the road on business for a month) OR they'll offer you 30% refund not to send it back. I told them keep your 30%, I'll feel better telling the world that not one item purchased over 3 years has done anything like they promise. Save your money. NONE of Beverly Hills MD products work the way they say and then they weasel their way out of the refund offer. Beverly Hills MD need to be put out of business because this is a repeated problem with their products! Shame on me for trying one more product which not just looked too good to be true but was a total lie and fraud like everything else they sell. DON'T FALL FOR IT!

Their customer service is bad. I reached out since I wanted to tell them about a product where I've had consistent issues with dispensing, as it's cheap! He told me what he thought I should do and was condescending with his replies and implied I wasn't doing to correctly. Implied he wasn't aware of this issue although it's all over the internet. You can't charge for a product and put it into something that is cheap and doesn't work. DO BETTER!
Oh, the 100% guarantee is a joke. You have to pay to ship it back to them. I guess the no questions asked and the guarantee is a ruse.

Improving ANYTHING by more than 100% CANNOT HAPPEN! It is a mathematical IMPOSSIBILITY!! Advertising ANY skin elasticity improvement by "800%" is a not factual. It is a blatant lie! Mathematics is science. This Dr purpurts percentages that are IMPOSSIBLE - anyone with basic mathematical skills should beware of anything other than 1+1=2 and 100% is the ABSOLUTE BEST one can hope for.

The Neck Serum got clogged and would not release from the tube .. This happened with two tubes ..The representative was rude .. DONOT order from them unless you want to throw your money away …

I just wanted to try this rapid lift neck serum. Finally had to decide with all the discounts to buy1 tube. It doesn’t lift much at all and it leaves residue that looks like my skin peeled and flaked. Now I’m stuck with it

I tried to call and send back the product that didn't work for me (deep wrinkle filler) and they said they couldn't find my order.
