Sent the wrong rug 2 times, I sent both rugs back and still waiting on a refund. I tried contacting the company numerous times and I have received zero response. This company should be ashamed. Stay far away from ordering from them.

A 9 x 12 outdoor rug should be shipped as a cylinder.. It came folded and I think it will be Spring before it flattens out.

I’m surprised that Beverly Rug even want my review after the emails, and calls to there customer support, unfortunately they didn’t respond, the rug supplied is the wrong colour to the one I ordered like so many other reviews I wish I had read before placing my order, hopefully this review will stop someone else from experiencing the same error and absolutely no response from Beverly Rug

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering, as so many others I’ve received the right sized rug, correct range but the wrong colour and have tried for two days to get a responce from Beverly Rugs but nothing, atrocious after sale and customer service (if they exist at all) be warned!

The rug I received is not what I ordered. I ordered a blue rug w/white border, but received a gray rug w/blue border. I have not heard back from customer service as to how I can exchange/return the incorrect item.

The rug was damaged, with threads pushing out.

I hate to be so blunt in my review title, but I have tried contacting this company to set up a return for the past few weeks. I have left phone messages at the merchant's, contacted through Amazon Pay, emailed, Instagram page, and on their chat on their website. No response whatsoever after dozens of messages. Do not believe the positive reviews, they can't possibly be true. Check out the negative customer service reviews similar to mine and you will run in the other direction. I'm left with a less than desirable product and out over $70.

I only got the large rug I ordered not the two small ones. The large one was in one package and that was all in the Fed Ex photo. I replied to the confirmation email and it said Undeliverable. I used the contact us link and it came back undeliverable. So currently I am dissatisfied.

Delivery was fast. My rug looks great. It has good quality feel and thickness. I'm glad I found your website the price was the best.

I did not even open the box trying to return and no one will call me back or tell me how to do so

I ordered a 10 x 13 gray rug, I received two 8 x 10 black and white rugs. Tried to get a hold of them to return the rug, no response for a week.l guess i’m stuck with the black-and-white rug.

I received the right outdoor rug, but it is the wrong color. Tried numerous times to contact the company / customer service and absolutely no answer.

Rug was pictured a dark brown. When it arrived it was a blonde color. Very disappointed.

The rug just did not meet my needs. Wanting to return it but cannot get this company to respond to emails or phone calls. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the 5ft Beverly Rug which comes with the smaller rug. Personally, I did not need the smaller rug but it was the only way to get the 5ft rug that I did want. Wish the rugs were not sold in sets. There was also another rug, I think it was a square 4x4 that I would have purchased but again it was part of a set so I did not order.
