Tempted by price for Boss trainers, checked some reviews (maybe fake) ordered on credit card. Goods did not arrive, tried to contact them, no links work!
Checked out Trustpilot and found others scammed the same way. Seems like a lucrative Christmas for them.
Dispute pending with credit card but they are rogues. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Ordered some shoes from trendvivance.
Had an order confirmation number and waited for shipping email. It's been 4 weeks with no shipping email. No response from customer service email. And order number can not be tracked.
Absolute Scam. Do Not Use.

They ripped me off. Plain and simple. Add me to the victim burn unit. Their website no longer exists according to a bounce back'undeliverable' inquiry about my order status. These people need go go to jail for theft, fraud and being the scurge of our consumer base.

Unfortunately, didn't see reviews until after waiting for my order, now I realise I will not be receiving it.

Absolutely no rating. For this scammers should introduce negative as one star is way too much. Order not possible to track, no answers on countless emails, waiting time indefinite.
Absolute scum STAY AWAY

If I could rate this bunch of thieves negative 10, I would, I ordered and paid for 2 pairs of shoes on October the 4th 2024, it is now January the 12th. After sending a plethora of emails to these rude bunch of ignorant buffoons, starting off very politely and ultimately questioning their business ethics, now they won't even reply to my emails. Basically they robbed me of nearly $200. I am absolutely appalled with this rude bunch of thieves.

i been spending thousands of dollors through out the years they sure love you when you buying but i got a sofa set that was made defected hortible job i mean horrible on top of plastic legs cushions cut wrong omg i couldnt belive it i sent the pictures of showing the damsge i got told i am with a custumer on top of they over charged me and new it i got the set through vivance sells person that did a con on me said i can get the chair for 599.99 and sofa 599.99 and i take sells tax of becouse you buy alot come to find out on line the chair from there company was 439.99 and sofa 535 i paid 1200 i went in said you over charged me the total was 990 i should of paid i paid 1200 cash he played it off like he didnt no right u looked it up on the sight before i bought of a higher price charlie son new gave me a check for 130 still short but im pissed i got ignored like always i begging to have some one come fix it still nothing im filing monday never again they only like you when spending thats it your nothing after that

Ordered Boss trainers they are plastic and awful. Trying to contact customer service to return them but no response. The company are scammers stay away

Ordered for my husband, we did receive what you might call a pair of trainers, not as stated in the advert, no insoles and not made of leather also the wrong size sent

This is a scammed company . Please stay away from them . I ordered a pair shoes of boss shoes from them and no confirmation email or the pair of shoes . I have sent emails but no reply and there is no other way to contact them . Please stay away from them

I ordered the boss shoes on 17th October got a couple of replies to my emails regarding arrival since then no response I contacted Google to alert them but it's still being advertised stay away

Ordered from bevivance on 17th dec the boss trainers for my partner has part of a christmas present.
Haven,t recieved them and had no reply to my emails. Google should not let these sites advertise. I requested a refund but heard absolutely nothing. Stay away from bevivance.

I want to update of my scam experinence The boss shoes i v been waiting more than 18days i reported several scam authorities and here i think thats led this scammer sent counterfeit &irregularity printed desinger shoes to shut my scream please stay away from bevivance6 thats my journey letting people aware ..i worries my credit card details on these scammer i asked bank to charge back on this scammer but..

Wouldn't even give it 1 star been scammed ordered 20 days ago for Boss orthopaedic trainers no shipping info, no way of contacting them full scammers and they are still advertising!

Yep this is a scam - got my hugo boss shoes a month later - except they were 2 sizes too small and also came in a plastic bag and are made of cheap plastic and are terrible quality - they are certainly not hugo boss brand - shows that advertising online on facebook and youtube works and we get scammed - mine went straight into the bin as you can not contact these scam merchants

This seems to be a scamming web site and is not getting warned in search results. They charge credit card immediately and have not delivered the shoes I ordered through the web site, a month ago. They have no phone number to contact but asking us to call and reach on Whatsapp. At least credit card companies should be knowing about these sites, but they don't seem to know.

Avoid the web site and request search engines to warn when the site is accessed.

I placed an order on Oct. 30, 2024. Now it's almost Christmas and I still have not received my order. I sent them several emails and messages through their website asking for the status and tracking number but no response.
