I was searching for a company to carry out both PAT testing and a Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) and came across two contact numbers. Thankfully, the first one I called was for Bexley PAT Testing, where I was warmly greeted by Raj.
I made the call later in the day and, although I was keen to have the assessments completed as soon as possible, I realistically expected this would be arranged for later in the week or even the following week. To my surprise, Raj was incredibly understanding and accommodating—he kindly agreed to attend my premises that very same day, despite it being close to the end of his working hours.

True to his word, he arrived promptly after completing his previous job and immediately got to work, carrying out both the PAT testing and Fire Risk Assessment efficiently and professionally. What stood out even more was his friendly approach and willingness to offer helpful advice, which I found extremely valuable.
