I have now used Rebecca Soar twice for conveyancing and, having fallen foul of cheaper conveyancing providers, would highly recommend her. She is calm, professional, communicates well and has the legal knowledge to deal with trickier aspects of conveyancing. Our freehold property was on a private road which raised all sorts of complications and the second property was leasehold where the buyer's conveyancer was hopeless. Rebecca persisted through the challenges and I would thoroughly recommend her.
