Extremely Disappointing Experience

We are beyond frustrated with this company. We placed an order with clear expectations, but what we received was completely different from what was promised. The items in the box were not at all what was agreed upon, and when we reached out to resolve the issue, their response was both unhelpful and dismissive. They refused to offer a return, claiming that the boxes had been opened, despite the fact that the core issue was that the product was wrong in the first place.

To make matters worse, they offered a credit for future orders instead of a full refund, which is unacceptable. we paid for specific items, and we expect to be refunded for what was clearly a mistake on their part. It feels like they don’t care about customer satisfaction at all.

We will will not be ordering from them again and strongly advise others to be cautious before spending their money here. A refund should be a standard part of resolving an issue, not an optional gesture. Terrible customer service.

Don't do business Beyond bridges. Their product is sub standard. They will do anything to sell you. I ordered window curtains and it came after 3 months. They gave the order to another company in india. No hooks or any accesories. They don't even return phone calls.

Worst Experience Ever

I had a terrible experience with this company. They initially offered discounted rates, but once they received my payment, the service went downhill. The staff was unprofessional and lacked any sense of business ethics. I had to wait 5 to 6 weeks for my delivery, and even then, it was a gamble whether I’d receive the entire order correctly. The entire process was frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this company, even if they offered their products for free.

Got my first order from beyond bridges for towels and sheets and the quality was amazing delivered on time their team is comparative had an amazing experience and looking forward for my next order.

I really enjoy working with Eric! He is very personable and kind. He is also knowledgeable about his job and I feel like he has a very good work ethic. I wish all my vendors were like Eric!
