Great quality, great fit, fast delivery

Purchased a black hoodie and gym shorts from the website, unfortunately the stock from their website hadn't been updated and so two days after being sent the confirmation email, i was sent an email by a representative on behalf of the company that they didn't have the selected colour hoodie in stock and if I would like to choose a different colour. Initially I was a little frustrated but a close alternative was available and so i accepted the offer. Order came in the past fairly quick but with one issue, no gym shorts! Had to email the representative to find out what was going on to which once again the product was out of stock! Had to find out through using my bank service to see the refund notification, no email from the company. So sent a second email asking what has happened as my outcome was that I never obtained both products in which I initially payed for! Recieved an apology for the lack service and a gesture of good will as they wanted to ensure that this isn't a true reflection of the quality of company.
Now I've dealt previously with the company before face to face and have received excellent service, there just seems to be an issue with the connection between employees and the online service.
Try not to let my negative situation put you off from this company, the products they sell are of top quality and hopefully in time the customer service will improve, just be cautious of with your order and potentially contact prior to your purchase.

Quality gym gear, fits well, quality material & subtle designs! One product I ordered was out of stock & I was offered an alternative at a higher price, a colour swap or a refund. All this was taken care of within a day & I received my gear within 3 days of ordering! Chuffed!
