I do not rate this company at all

I do not rate this company at all, if I could give them no stars I would.
I ordered a weighted vest for a Christmas present for my son. Unfortunately I ordered a 2KG vest rather than the 20KG vest.
I tried to contact the company immediately to request a return and replacement (at my expence), but was unable to find a phone number, I sent an email to the one that my order acceptance was sent from, but I received no response.
I scrawled through the message that came with the item and found information for returns with an address.
I sent the vest (recorded delivery) back with a letter, but I received no response.
I have heard nothing from them, and rang the phone number for a business shown as operating from the same address, I was told he used to own beyond RX and had sold it, but would phone them to let them know (he wouldn't give me the phone number for the new owner).
I have checked the delivery details for the item, it has not been accepted at the address and is now in the process of being returned to me.

Love these guys

Love these guys! Got the order, it was missing a patch but they rectified it straight away! I’ve used them a few times now and no issues.

Weight vests and dumbbells

Purchased my weighted vest and dumbbells, great quality and would recommend!

Have completed couple runs with the vest and wow did it make me work hard...feeling the results already :)
