I bought the heat brush and the flip in go at a expo the lady who sold it to me said both the flip and go and the heat brush had a warranty when I purchased them but I was lied to because there is no warranty on the hair I’ve only worn it a few times and the plastic band is tearing the hair net the hair is attached too they charged me way too much for this

I purchased my halo in April. I was told it could last to up to a year! I have taken really good care of it. I used all the proper tools and shampoo and conditioner that was sold to me with it. It is now the end of August and it literally is shredding at the bottom the middle of it is missing a chunk that is shorter than my real hair it looks absolutely terrible. My hairdresser said the same thing. Not worth the money at all I will not purchase this product again.

Love my new titanium straightener. It has great features including the lighted digital settings, auto shut-off, and easily glides through my hair for a soft and silky feel. Great customer service, as well. Very happy with this product.

Stand behind your product and don’t mail out expired goods. I am very disappointed after spending 99 dollars. Please send me a new hair serum that hasn’t expired already.

The product was delivered two weeks ago, and it was damaged during shipping, being calling and emailing the company and not answers till this day , very poor customer service

I ordered the straightener and the serum for my hair and only received the straightener. I emailed them asking when will I be receiving the serum and still have not heard back from them.

I absolutely love your hair straighteners. I previously owned the leopard pro series straightener for over 7 years. That was my favorite. After a mishap with it, I bought this new one on your website, and I am not disappointed. Works just as great.
