I place an order 22/04/2026 and have not received it, when I try and email the company the email bounces back saying inbox full, I have tried emailing three different emails and also sent four email via the send a message option on their website, my only choice now is to open a dispute with my bank to claim the money back ……. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Update! 08/05/2026
I eventually received my order but half was missing, i checked the website and the description was either full (to me that’s a full set both leggings and bra) or just the bra! I emailed the company (yet again no reply! They really don’t like communicating with customers) asking why I have only received half my order…… now they have updated the website to show full length on the set that I bought only, unfortunately they didn’t realise I have a screen shot of the original description…………., as said before 100% AVOID THIS COMPANY

Don't order from this company

I placed an order 1 month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed different email addresses 3 times and they haven't replied.
Such a shame as I have ordered previously with no issues and like the leggings.
I would strongly recommend not ordering from this company as they now seem to take your money and ignore any attempts to contact them.

After 2 months I still have no orderer…

After 2 months I still have no order sent out and I've been emailing regularly with only one reply asking what I had ordered when everything was there in the email. I'm also still waiting for a refund. I love the products but the customer service is appalling. Please just send my items!!!!

Wrong attitude

Excuses, without apology followed by customer service with attitude 🙄Carrie-Ann needs to go on a training course - there are so many other places to choose from and l choose companies who know how to run a business in a business-like manner. And their reply simply emphasises their inability to accept responsibility and to treat their customer with respect and consideration 🙄no less than l expected.

Poor service and communication

Unfortunately my first and last order, received the wrong leggings (I assume because the ones I ordered were out of stock) and now I’ve got to pay to send them back?? Apparently they can send the correct leggings that are still showing as out of stock. I wished I had read the trust pilot reviews before.

I've replied to you two hours ago but feel like I also need to reply here too as you seem to be on a vendetta after my response but yet you haven't actually responded to my reply......

I don't usually respond to keyboard warriors on a mission to bad mouth small business owners and leaving unnecessary bad reviews but today I'm making the exception.

*below is a copy of my initial reply to you after I had already replied to your email stating you WOULD NOT need to pay for the returns postage*

You accidentally received the wrong length, we are human and errors do happen whilst dispatching orders. I have never said you have to pay to return the incorrect length, in fact I told you to use our Royal Mail tracked returns system to get them back to us. The correct length are now still showing as oos because you purchased the last pair, but because of the error in sending out the wrong length, the ones from your original order are still in the warehouse, so yes I would be able to still send out the correct leggings that are showing out of stock. I look forward to receiving the incorrectly sent ones which will be refunded when they arrive.

Avoid!

I use to order from this company alot during lockdown and love their clothes. I decided to place an order on the 25th of June and it's been nothing but a headache! On the 8th of July I contacted them asking where the order was and they said it was coming back from the printers and would be with me that week. The 31st July I contacted them again but nothing, messaged again and nothing! I opened a case with clearpay and they had ignored them too. I got told clear pay wouldn't do anything until the 10th day so on day 8 I tried again by commenting on one of their posts to which they finally responded and made a lame excuse because that is what they always give people is excuses. I finally got my parcel 1 month and 15 days later! I will not be ordering again and the company need to be careful otherwise they will continue to lose loyal customers. I'm disgusted in them.

First Time Ordering

Leggings are excellent quality, super comfy and great designs.
However, it did take over week for them to be dispatched, when the website says 'usually dispatched within 1 day of order', and only once I had requested a refund.
Communication wasn't the best and made me think I wouldn't get my items, I was eventually told the delay was due to children being sick and a teenager misplacing the key to the office.
Quality of the leggings are great though, would probably order again but would leave plenty of time if I needed them for a particular trip/event.

Totally support a small business

Love BYHP products and totally support a small business headed up by one lady occasionally roping in the family for support. She Facebook posts her postage load which is incredible for one person to manage. I love the fact that the company sell children's leggings meaning my 8yr old can match me in our yoga sessions. The drawstring on the kids active wear leggings also mean that they stay up on her skinny little waist.

Poor Customer Service

They have great designs, and quality is pretty good. If you live outside of the UK, stay away from this brand. They admit they don't know why dispatch and tracking emails aren't sent to international orders since I started buying from them in 2022. They are prone to not respond or take weeks to reply to any type of communication, often giving reasons such as phone broke down, sick, overlooked, too much spam, busy with road shows.

3 times they failed to send my orders.

1st: Contacted them through email and Messenger, no response. I eventually received the package which was postmarked the day I asked them about it.

2nd: They replied that what I ordered was out of stock. I had to pick something I didn't want as a replacement.

3rd: After they revamped their website in 2024, I thought problems would have been fixed. Emailed to ask, no response. And this was at the same time they were posting on social media asking people to email them for any enquires. Ironic?

I contacted PayPal to request for a refund this last time since they did not respond to me again. PayPal had me write to them first to try to resolve the issue. No reply from BYHP for more than 2 weeks until PayPal sent a reminder to escalate or the case would be closed. BYHP finally replied and gave reasons about being sick, so no time to check the email they asked people to write to. This is at the same time they're actively going out for roadshows, asking people for photos, doing preorders for new items.

Other people have posted about how great their customer service is. If that is true, then I must be the lucky few to be chosen to be always put on the back burner.

I don't mind people making mistakes or needing to wait longer for stuff I order from overseas. I'm for supporting small businesses and women, but I'm done with this stinking sh!t service.

Perfect perfect perfect

Perfect perfect perfect. I have purchased everything...leggings, skorts, shorts, buffs, hats, jackets & hoodies. So many pockets! I love the funky designs, the high waist band & the great quality. Always great customer service & did I mention the pockets? Highly recommended.

Brought Skorts for my wife

Brought Skorts for my wife. After a few washes the seams on the legs came undone. Tried to email and DM but no response after several attempts despite them being active on social media. Shame as seemed a good product at first.

Mixed bag

Service was quick but wrong leggings sent. Which is disappointing. Now having to send back to get the right ones. Quality felt good when I touched them. Can't comment on fit as returning.

May order again but unsure.

Love it!

Love it!
I have been disappointed previously with different leggings company so switched to BYHP and wow what a change!
Ive had few pairs of casual leggings as lucky dip few months back - they were 2 for 1 so... Got 4 and loved all 4!
Most recently I got my very first pair of actives in cosmic cat print - this print is EVERYTHING for cat lovers! They are so so comfy! Owber is super nice and helpful! Actual proper small family run business (rather than one who just pretends to be) I'm looking forward to my collection growing. Can not wait for the Halloween releases! They are gorgeous!

Perfect

I hate wearing clothes and saw these leggings recommended for people with sensory issues. They're perfect. I bought four pairs (was only going to buy one but there are too many designs!) and they're sooo comfortable. Good customer service too - they were able to change the postal address when I requested a last minute change.

I absolutely love everything about this…

I absolutely love everything about this company. Both their casuals, and actives, are a fantastic fit for me. The high waists to hold in the flab. THIGH POCKETS, for life.
Their hoodies are amazing.
And best of all, I have a hoodie that was made just for me. They were doing a Mother's Day special offer of choosing from 6 designs, and I jokingly asked in my order notes, saying I'd love a Triceratops print AND THEY ONLY WENT AND DID IT 😊😊😊😊. With a note sent back, saying that they didn't want any customer settling for 2nd best. How's that for customer service?
I simply won't buy from anywhere else now.
