Ordered a Jeffree Star x Shane Dawson palette. Got an order number and then later told it had been shipped but no tracking surfaced. Contacted them for tracking only to be ignored. After being suspicious about lack of tracking requested refund from PayPal
Took my money for a palette and have received nothing and won’t answer numerous emails. Avoid at all cost.

Ordered an "Estee Lauder" face cream for my wife and waited nearly 3 weeks for the parcel to arrive only to realise that it was a fake. The tub looked similar (not the same) and it was not sealed either (All Estee Lauder creams are sealed for health and security reasons).
I proceed to return the product as instructed by their return policy website and send it by track and tracing Royal Mail service. Got a message to say that the address provided could not be fund and therefore my parcel would be returned to me.
Emailed BeZoek and they offered me a partial refund of 75% and told me to keep the product....
Moral of the story: Beware of what you buy from Thailand, the land of the fake and copies! I will never buy another thing that comes from there!
Thailand fakes...
I was sent a link for a birthday present idea. Clicked and ordered an urban Decay Eyeshadow Palette. Until I got an email from royal mail saying they were expecting an item from Thailand I didn't realise it wasn't UK based. Eyeshadow Palette is a fake. Never use this company. Hoping to get my money back from credit card company.
I ordered a eye shadow pallet, the item was delayed due to transit from Thailand. The product received was counterfeit.
