Communication was consistently fast and clear, and questions were handled properly without vague answers. I had a number of specific operational points to clarify, and everything was addressed directly and transparently. They worked through the details and suggested a structure that actually fits my business.
And special mention to Mili, she was genuinely helpful, very responsive, and on top of every detail. She made the whole process much easier than expected.
We have been working with Bezos.ai for around eight months now, using both their UK and Netherlands warehouses to handle our fulfilment. Having one partner manage both our UK and EU operations has honestly made things so much easier for us.
The team is always quick to respond, whether we email, raise a ticket, or jump on a call, and they’re great at talking things through whenever we need support or want to make changes. It really feels like they’re on top of things and genuinely care about helping us run smoothly.
What we appreciate most is the consistency across both warehouses. Everything works the same way, and we always know what to expect. It has taken a lot of stress out of managing stock in different regions.
Overall, working with Bezos.ai has been a really positive experience, and we’d happily recommend them to any business looking for a reliable partner for multi-warehouse or cross-border fulfilment.
Truly appalling service. I didn't even imagine a service this bad was possible. They have disrupted our business for over a week now because they are incapable of ordering cardboard boxes to the correct warehouse! They are now causing real damage to our business and seem unable to resolve the issue.
Furthermore, in terms of account management, they have arranged two meetings - one to try to increase our subscription fee and the second to pressure me to leave a Trustpilot and google review. They even sent me an email afterwards with pre-drafted reviews for me to post! This is the type of company they are.

Bezos have been great. Due to our logistics needs changing we decided to leave Bezos. They made the offboarding smooth so much so that I decided to give this review, and until this day I have strong relationships with the various people over there. Their team is highly responsive and always very helpful and supportive. A big thank you to the whole team, and in particular Carl and Reco who have both been fantastic. I would highly recommend!
Bezos is a good fit for my brand,as I just started, and they really helped me get on my feet and helped me as I scaled my business. As with any 3PL, there are some times issues, but they have systems, processes, and tech to spot them as they arise, and actual people I can call. I recommend!

We just went live with the USA and looking to more markets to expand, without us needing to have boots on the ground. They also listen hard and work on any issues until they are solved, and bring about more features.
We are a global supplement brand with expansive operations across multiple markets. Our journey began in the UK, where our 3PL partner's exceptional service, despite an 8-hour time zone difference from our base in BC, Canada, enabled us to effectively serve a growing customer base. Their outstanding performance led us to expand our collaboration, and we have now successfully launched in the USA—our largest market to date. They are also supporting our entry into the EU through their NL warehouse, with plans to explore the Middle East next. Like any partnership, there have been challenges, but what stands out is their ability to promptly address issues, communicate effectively, and escalate when necessary. We are excited for this next phase of growth together.
Bezos.ai is as hungry as we were as a start-up ourselves. Their unique proposition around 1) operational excellence - I understand the founder is ex-Amazon and much of the DNA and thinking is similar to ensure that we send our stuff out on time, all the time, with as little defects as possible; and 2) a global network of dozens of warehouses around the world - appealing to a brand so you only have ONE partner and ONE integration - saving a lot of brands time, money and energy.
I have been with Bezos.ai for 3 years now and although the service started off well, it has gone steadily downhill over that period - while fees have gone steadily up.
I am now moving fulfilment centre and after requesting to have my stock packed up over 5 weeks ago, the team stopped responding to my emails and are continuing to hold onto my stock.
I am therefore in limbo, unable to sell while I wait for them to pack up my stock and get back to me. I write this review in the hope that they will finally take notice.
Side note: Rather than having reduced postage fees through Bezos (as you see with other fulfilment companies), they charge extra vs. what you would see in the post office.

I’ve decided to leave Bezos AI due to their exorbitant fees, which I simply can’t afford anymore. Their service has been nothing short of a disaster. For the past month , they’ve completely ignored our emails and failed to respond to any of our questions about the offboarding process. I’ve reached out 12 times about offboarding, and their only response is that they are "busy." and will get back to me when they can while they have our stock. Since telling them I was leaving, they’ve ignored everything—no replies to emails or phone calls.
On top of that, they’ve messed up my orders, and when I asked about their unjustified invoices, they didn’t respond for an entire month! They continue to send me these unexplained charges with no accountability or clarification. Their lack of professionalism has forced me to resort to shipping my own orders, wasting my time because they are no longer doing their job. This has been the worst experience I’ve had with a fulfillment center.
If you’re considering Bezos AI, be warned: they’ll overcharge you, mess up your orders, and completely ignore you when you decide to leave. Not worth the stress, time, or money!

I was part of a global vitamins and supplements business in Canada and the USA, and Bezos helped us sell in the UK via their UK warehouse. Virtually no errors and they are a strong extension of our global operations team, so much so that we have awarded them our USA warehouse operations and are now looking to set up their presence worldwide. They are a true partner that cares and have the systems, tech stack, process, and culture to help brands of all shapes and sizes. I highly recommend them! Moreover, their team is highly professional and friendly at the same time. Shoutout to Carl, Nayla, Obi & Chloe who helped throughout the operations.
Fantastic 3PL to deal with - would recommend to anyone and everyone. We have been working with Bezos for around 2 years now and they have helped us scale from a handful of orders a week to over 75 orders per day (and over 200 for peak period!). What is even more impressive is that they have been able to do this with some of our items that are very heavy - some of which are > 50kg - without any issues. We are also now set up across 3 of their warehouses - 2x in the UK and 1 in Germany - and looking forward to expanding further geographically (the US is the next target!).
Everything that could go wrong went wrong. The onboarding process was dreadful, they made so many errors. The first order they sent out was incorrect, I am still waiting for the claim to be resolved after 2 months. I've asked them to return all my stock to me as they clearly can't provide the service they say, a month later no tracking information, no response to emails. I would avoid at all costs if you want your business to succeed.
Update:
I asked for a refund for the stock they have failed to return as well as the fees I have paid for the service I haven’t received. They agreed to partially refund on the basis that I remove this review.
We run an Australian business selling a furniture product and partnered with Bezos to expand to the UK. We've now worked with them for almost 2 years, and they have become a central and much loved part of our extended team, helping us tap into a new market without adding head count. Their fulfilment accuracy and responsiveness has meant we can sell globally with ease. I would happily recommend them to any other business owner. They are also partnering with us to look at EU expansion: their evolving product and warehouse capabilities are opening new options for our business that we wouldn't have the confidence of tackling without their partnership
