Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service

I am confused about this business because they swear by their products but in my experience of buying extensions for over 15 years, this is the worst quality human hair I have purchased. It seems like good hair at first but after a few wears it feels like old hair that you’ve been wearing for over a year or more. My sister had the same experience and her extension was even brown, and normally brown is the healthiest. At the very least, the brown should be better than the blonde and it wasn’t. Her UP was also poor quality and looked damaged. Both of us are unable to do anything with it besides a braid or bun. It looks like hair that’s been over bleached, unhealthy and dry so the ponytail looks nothing like the Instagram posts. I reached out to the company to have some sort of resolution and they were very unhelpful. They offered nothing and basically denied my claims that the hair is poor quality even after I explained everything. They made me feel like I was making this up and there was no possible way the quality could be bad, that seems like poor business practices to me. It is possible with extensions that sometimes there can be a bad batch so I suggested this and they wouldn’t even entertain the idea, when it could be very possible. This would make the most sense if normally their hair is 100% human and high quality. As a business, wouldn’t you want to get to the bottom of this and rectify it, if your product truly is high quality? I know if I was the business owner and I had a high quality product, I wouldn’t want anything less for my customer and would at least investigate it a little bit. I know it was nothing I did because I followed their care instructions and I’ve had several extensions over the years that I’ve kept for long periods of time. I still have the first set of extensions I purchased in 2005 and they are better quality than this hair. I’ve had one ponytail extension from VP fashion for three years that is platinum blonde and it is still shiny, healthy and easy to style. With the UP, it would not even hold a curl with the straightener or curling iron. Human hair should last longer than a few wears, it can last for years (unless you wear them everyday all day). If you are going to sell your hair for that much, you better be offering high quality hair and high quality customer service. I was very disappointed as the designs are awesome. If the customer service was better, I would have considered giving them a second chance. After purchasing two different products from them and seeing the quality of my sisters order as well, I would not suggest ordering there and I do not trust their supplier for hair. I would recommend spending your money with a different company as there are plenty of hair extension companies with high quality hair and better customer service. It is possible that the quality has gotten better over time and if the company admitted that, I would trust them more. Overall, very shocked at the quality and the customer service.
