First of all, i would like to say that bFlash is basically a very good tool. The control units can be read/write completely and unencrypted. So that everything imaginable can be changed. The support is also good!
But there is potential for improvement in the tool policy.
Topic updates:
Few updates and often the same like other tools.
Topic subscription:
At the end of the subscription, the status paid for up to that point can no longer be used, but has been paid for.

Regarding the subscription model, you have to factor in not only the updates you already got, but also the continued incredible support you get all along. Being the best support in the business doesn't come cheap.
Also, keep in mind that a renewal after a period of pause does not cost extra with us. In the end with the competition you end up paying for the time you don't renew, not with us ;)
We'll keep working hard to justify every penny to you.

Great service
Impressed on the turn around for a MG1 unlock service, coming from central america the guys got the ecu and in less than 4 hours it was ready for pickup and off it went the same day, superb turn around time.

Great tool
Great tool, no problems so far. Could be more protocols compare to other tools. I wish i could work only with bflash, but i have to use other tools of missing protocols. Love the logger and other features the tool has. Recommended 100%,waiting software update for new and old ecu protocols.

Mg1 ecu locked up during unlock
Mg1 ecu locked up during unlock. I put in a ticket late at night. Right apon opening there team reached out and solved the issue very first try! Great service, great communication. I'm proud to own a Bflash cable, that has such good customer service. I own other tools and by far Bflash has the best response time and solutions. Well done guys!
